While the problem couldn't be fully resolved on-site, he stayed persistent, worked through multiple troubleshooting steps, and didn't just give up when it got tough. Most importantly, he came up with a temporary solution that allowed us to safely get the slides closed so we could continue our trip. That kind of effort and commitment goes a long way when you're on the road. Appreciate the professionalism and determination.

We are here in Oklahoma City for the Women's College World Series (Softball). We arrived and our…read morewall slide would only go out 6 inches which made using our master bedroom a mess. I call Brandon and he had an opening a couple of days later on a day with no game. He called me that morning and was able to come earlier than scheduled and that worked for me. He checked for obstructions and the normal stuff and then got his ladder and checked the slide cover hardware and found that the screws had loosed and allowed a part to get out of alignment and damaged. He removed the part and the slide operated properly. He didn't have the part on his truck and wasn't sure it would be available locally. He said I could order the part off Amazon and install it myself easily. I elected to do that instead of having to pay him for another service call. I have a ladder in my basement and tools and the part is secured by two screws with no possibility of mistakes in installation. Brandon is friendly and knowledgeable and we were so happy to be able to have the slide out while we await the part arrival in two days. Pricing was very fair. I recommend Brandon highly.

We had just started the 'information gathering' before purchasing a trailer. Yesterday we went to…read moreLewis R.V. Center in OKC to check out their trailers. We were taken back momentarily when we walked in to the show room. It had the initial feel of a used car dealership. That initial feeling couldn't have been more wrong. That negative feeling changed within seconds of walking in the door!!! We were greeted immediately by Clay and our feelings changed to comfort. Clay asked us what our wants, needs, and price were. He showed us exactly what we wanted and stayed in our price range. Clay knew we were not ready to buy. But he still took the time to show us their Salem trailers. Clay is very knowledgeable and we learned so much about the Salem trailers. We never felt pressured to buy! If we didn't have our daughter's wedding later on this summer we would have bought on the spot. We have been to another dealer (Puma & Bullet) in the area but did not feel as comfortable with them as we did with Lewis R.V. With the other dealer when we told the salesperson we were only looking their hospitality changed and we felt rushed! Not with Clay!! Because of Clay & Lewis R.V. Center when the time is right we will buy from them. We love the quality of the Salem product. Thank you Clay Lewis R.V. Center has a great inventory of the Salem travel trailers, Fifth Wheels, Toy Haulers etc.. They also have and a store for your RV needs! I am so excited about this trailer & dealership. I know this review might sound too good to be true but check them out for yourself! I have no association with anyone working at Lewis RV or Salem Trailers. I am not being paid to write this. I am just an excited consumer!!
