They don't offer flights which is huge pet peeve of mine for breweries. Let people try your beers. So, I just got 2 pints. I got a Kolsch and an IPA that were both decent. I ordered some honey pecan wings and waffle fries which were solid. The wings had perfectly crisp skin, but the sauce sounded better than the flavor gave. The lady friend had a salad that she said was good. They also offered pours of hard-to-get bourbons but at 65.00 for a pour of George T Stagg, I passed. The place itself was very nice. The service was good. The food was solid, and the beer was decent. Just offer some flights!

One side is the brewery/ bar area you could say the adult area and the other the side catering more to a family atmosphere, honestly both areas are great and plenty of room to enjoy your meal and or beverages. On this day what caught my eye was the Greek Hamburger and I wasn't disappointed. The burger was cooked just right with the right type of spices. You can accompany the Hamburger with fries or union rings. I chose the waffle fries and they hit the spot they were delicious as well. As I mentioned you can choose alcohol because the have quite the selection or sodas which are great option to. Overall it is a friendly and fantastic place to try.

I ordered a two piece fried chicken dish, one drumstick and one breast. I was charged the regular price. I usually get charged extra at the Kentucky place. I got a side of mash. The batter was very crispy but not too thick. Meat was moist but not dripping with juice. The drumstick is average size, but the breast is way bigger than the competition. The mash is ok. Not great. Not bad. I also got a choice of roll or biscuit. I picked the roll, which was good too. Suddenly I have a new top fried chicken place.

The coffee is very very good. Very good coffee in the middle of nowhere. They have a simple pre-fixed/(prix fixe) menu, but I ordered a large oatmilk latte, super super hot, with real honey and a pump of brown sugar. I also ordered a large iced lavender oatmilk latte with honey for later...something I could put in the fridge at work and drink during the afternoon. The lady behind the counter did NOT drop the ball one bit! She went above and beyond to make sure the coffee was to my liking. I loved it. Thank you so much. So if you have a particular coffee that you've had somewhere else and you want to see if they can make it here (granted it's not on the menu already), simply ask! I live in Houston and was on my way and planned to stop and get their dinner but due to a traffic wreck on I-10 I was running 1 1/2 hours late way passed the normal time they eat. So my planI was going to order their diner and pay for it and have my nephew pick it up and deliver to his grandparents. Well they don't take Credit Card payments over the phone due to past problems, understandable. I explained the issue and she offered to pay for their meals. I really appreciated it but told her I couldn't accept that. I told her if she could fill the order so my nephew could pick it up I was about an hour and a half away and would stop and pay for it and thanked her for her offer to pay. She said that would be no problem at all and anytime I needed help like that she was willing to help. I made sure to thank her personally when I stopped and paid for the meals for my parents. When I tried to tip her she refused and said give it to the waiters so I did. Not only is Garcias food great it is due to Sandra's generosity and great service that will keep me coming back to Garcia's in Seguin, Texas. I hope her supervisor or manager sees this and recognizes her for her hard work, she definitely deserves it.

I got one Chicken and one Beef. Beef had no flavor but chicken was juicy and flavorful. Rice was over salted. Refried beans were great. Since I was seated in a room off the main dining area my server didn't come to check to see if I needed anything. I had to flag him down after they finally seated other patrons in the small room. I think he forgot I was there.
