I've been going to chiropractors (or any doctor for that matter) for many years and I've never felt so cared for, heard, and understood. Dr. Josh takes his time and sincerely listens to everything you have to say. I've never felt rushed or overlooked. Dr. Josh is knowledgeable, patient, down-to-earth, thorough, and ON TIME! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and that is so appreciated. He and his staff have an amazing system which allows you to spend the time that you need with him, without running into the next patient's scheduled time. During the time I've been a patient, I've also seen real results with my body. I used to have really bad lower back pain, but after adhering to the schedule that Dr. Josh recommended for me, I've been pain free! He truly knows his stuff. So yes it's true that the adjustments don't take place in a private room. However there are seldom more than 2 patients in the adjustment area if that many. Plus the adjustments literally take only seconds. At least that's the case when I go and that's at 7:30am. No it's not true that everyone is doing the same routine. I've witnessed several people doing several different routines from mine or from one another. All the patients seem happy. My husband and I have now been receiving beneficial treatment from this office for about 5wks. The facility is clean and smells great. The atmosphere is amazing. I absolutely love my adjustments and look forward to them. My therapeutic vest feels awesome. I also have a list of movements that I have to do at home. THe staff is warm and friendly. Although I didn't find them that way at first. But then again I was a bag of sour grapes myself due to being in pain and lack of sleep due to pain. So this could totally have been my perception at the time due to my mood being sour because of my pain. We laugh about that now cause I felt sorry for them for having to deal with me and my mood during my initial visit. The staff however is amazing and will engage in small talk with patients as well as correct or guide you during your routine. I love the machine that I use to stretch, the wobble chair well it's wobbly, and the neck weight is weird but hey these are all things necessary for my correction. I feel much better and can now sleep restful nights. The doctors are very friendly and personable. I enjoy that I can freely move around for my routine and ask for help as needed instead having someone hover over me. They even have a children's area which is useful for me since there is about a 10-15 minute overlap between my husband and I appointments. The kids love the play area and most days don't want to leave. They also have evening workshops that are free and optional to attend that focus on various wellness topics. There are also useful handouts with fit tips and wellness information. I have experienced better blood pressure readings, less frequency/severity of back/neck discomfort and restful nights where I can actually sleep in comfort without tossing and turning all night and adjusting pillows. I'm considering continuing treatment for maintenance after my 12week treatment plan is done.

The last appointment for myself and my family, was different than all my other appointments, because Dr. Jeremy didn't do the full adjustment, as he normally would, which made me feel like, I was being retaliated against because I didn't sign up for more sessions. Each time, I declined to purchase something additional for my treatment, which I was paying over $500 out of pocket monthly for, my treatment was reduced. I kept detailed notes, however avoided discussing it, because I didn't want additional problems with my treatment plan. One of the last times of being treated by Chiro One, I declined to purchase an arm brace, that I had inquired about because, Chiro One wanted to charge me $215, but Amazon sold it for $90, after that the conversation with Dr. Jeremy and the staff was kept to a minimum. The original treatment was extremely helpful, but if you go, try to stay focused only on the basic treatment plans, to avoid any confusion/unprofessional problems.
