My German's decent but I was missing some specialty vocabulary; the ladies serving us were patient and my companion and I left happy. It's a lovely little shop and the chocolate was excellent, as well as packed so that I could jam it into my luggage and get it home, which was appreciated.

Anyway, this place offers many kinds both sweet and salty and they are delicious. Yep, DELICIOUS. You heared it. And I am not kidding. They don´t have anything else to eat. But they don´t need to. Because local štrůdl rules. I got back 20-25 years into the time when I was a little boy and my grandmother was preparing this traditional czech dessert (ok, its origin is in Austria but let´s not ruin this moment:-) mainly with apples. And local štrůdl is definitely one of the best which I have eaten since that time. Just to complete all info. Service is very good, and interier is kind a normal.
