Greg and his crew did a great job cleaning our windows and roof! They were prompt and professional, careful around our plants, and moved some furniture so it wouldn't get dirty. Greg's bid was about $100 less than the other guy. Our roof is getting close to the end of its life and we want to get a few more years out of it. Getting up on the roof Greg discovered we don't have a safety strap on our roof. No wonder the last time we had it cleaned it didn't look very good. He went out and bought a strap (we reimbursed him for the cost, only fair) and installed it so his crew could safely go on the roof. This took a lot of extra time for them but safety is number one. Our roof looks great and they put the powder treatment on carefully so when it rains it will spread evenly. What a difference from the last guys who treated it. Windows were cleaned inside and out including the tracks and screens. It was a very hot day (close to 100 degrees) and our windows were quite grimy. A few streaks were left on the edges and Greg came out again to remedy them. They are sparkling! Overall a great experience, highly recommend Greg's Prime Time! read more

We thought we had a good relationship with Greg when we hired him to do our gutters in 2022 and then had to call twice to have them come back out because whatever they did made the gutters worse. We also used them to hang our Christmas light that year. Because we know that it is hard to get on the calendar for light installation we made sure to contact Greg in August of 2023 to get on his books. We then had communication with him on November 4th that we still were on for light installation as well as having a conversation on the phone the same time period for November 19th. I then called him multiple times trying to reach out to him before that date to make sure we had everything in order. He just texted me that he would call me back. Well the 19th came and we didn't have a call or text from him on what time he would be here. Out of the blue he said he was so busy he couldn't make it out till the 6th of December. Which is 3 weeks later then he had promised. Now we are in a bind to find someone else when all other companies are booked. The lack of communication is unprofessional and I will never be using this company again. read more

I used this company a couple of years ago and they were just fine, but this year it was completely different and I would never have them out again. I now have damaged woodwork, broken windows, broken screens, uncleaned tracks, uncleaned gutters, and someone's sweatshirt on my roof. I hired Greg to do a lot of work; add a bunch of wood shingles on my roof, power wash the exterior of my home, clean the windows, replace rotted wood on my deck steps, and replace some of my screens. The guy has great intentions, and has some good, hard working help. Our project didn't turn out so well I think cause he had way too much stuff going on. Just make sure you are both clear on everything that needs to be done and have everything in writing, and when completed, look over everything to make sure nothing was missed. I would give him 5 stars on replacing the wood shingles- he was quick and did a good job with that. read more

Should be no stars for caring more about the money than providing quality service. His estimates kept changing. That should have been a clue. The poor service has nothing to do with the COVID pandemic. Incomplete window cleaning, left mess of cleaning windows inside - $795 (1 person, 2 hours) to clean gutters (not putting gutter guards back on) and sweep moss off (but leave the debris all over the yard), and then placed so much moss killer powder on the roof that crystal chunks washed off (and onto the driveway, onto the cars, etc.) and the street was white where our gutters drained out from the curb). We still have white chunks on our roof despite several days of some rain. They destroyed a window screen frame and said they would fix it. Should have known since he got paid when the crew first arrived and he leaves them to work and then goes and cashes the check. The crew knew they were not done and said they would be back to finish, but Greg walked out after being questioned about the way the work was performed...and thus $1200 later, the job is not completed, our roof is streaked with white, the skylight is mossy, the screen is frame is severely bent, and some windows are still not cleaned...okay-not true. We replaced the screen and finished the windows ourselves. read more

Fantastic! My husband first met Greg while he was cleaning our neighbor's gutters. It was raining, and Greg noticed the gutter on one corner of our home was overflowing.
