I took my MEETUP group to Gregory's Vineyard this past weekend and all 15 people enjoyed our wine tasting experience immensely! Nate was exceptional, he took his time giving us a full history about each bottle of wine served. (with enthusiasm) Teresa kept the group entertained with a spontaneous raffle that everyone enjoyed. We stayed for dinner at Lane' Steakhouse and Seafood. The food was fresh and prepared to order! After dinner, we retreated outside to enjoy a BEAUTIFUL view of the vineyard. My Rating is a 3.5 Open only Thursday-Sat This is a restaurant that feels like home where the owners of the land will come and sit down and talk to you and ask if you tried certain things on the menu. The way they make you feel here alone will have you coming back for more menu exploration. The customer service is awesome the "whole"staff is kind just like the owners. Parking is never a issues and if you like wine or muscadine juice that are award winning. This has much character and is family friendly it's worth traveling to create memorable moments with big family gatherings. This place all about the experience! I came here on a Friday afternoon for wine tasting and it was just me there. The set up for wine tasting is way different then what I'm use to. Since it's a winery and a restaurant you do the tasting in the dining room area at a table and the server brings a different bottle out one at a time. The wines were sweet but not overly like most muscadine wines. Had some pretzels to enjoy while tasting. The Brady wines was pretty cool too, never had those before. A brought a bottle to enjoy while taking in the views. The property itself is very pretty , will have to go back and visit and maybe try the food. read more

Our group of ladies 50 years and over used Gregory Vineyards for our Christmas Party. There were 35 of us on a Saturday from noon until about 3:30p. We had so much fun there and we felt welcomed! The staff was amazing! Latarsha was our hostess and event contact. She was excellent to work with pre and post event. She curated a "Splash and Dash" which is a mini wine tasting. It was fun. The food was delicious! Fresh, hot and tasty was what I can say! Our members raved about the charming venue and the food and service. Plenty of close parking and wheelchair accessible. We rented the entire dining room and had all of our activities there. We plan to use the venue again in the future. Oh...let me mention the cost was very reasonable too. read more

There were several beer options on the menu, but I was surprised their wines weren't included on the menu. Great wines at a VERY reasonable price. Did the full tasting led by Steve who was great. More sweets than dry. I prefer sweet wines. Also had brandy infused. Beautiful property. All brandy and wines made on site from on site grown grapes. Very nice porch to enjoy a glass of wine. We went for dinner to this place expecting a quality service, I won't recommend to do driving to this place if you're not in the area and if your local don't have big expectations. The prices are high for the quality of the food you will have, the shrimp they use in their menu it's the smallest popcorn shrimp and all seafood are overcooked, I heard a table next to us complaining for their steak that wasn't as order, the server had a excuse to say she was new and under age, she worked by herself and didn't know the menu, so I hope you don't get her or she has more training after today. The food is plain and I could get the same food and with better seasoning in a fast food place. read more

This place was great the atmosphere was great. The whole place has a great family feeling to it as soon as you walk in. You are greeted and seated as soon as you come in. The wine tasting was great they gave you a lot of information on the wine itself and even where the name of it came from our server Nate was the best very friendly (ask for him if you can!). We have been here on several occasions. Always on a Groupon or LIving Social thing. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. A bit busy, but never had a bad experience.
