They told me they…read moreoffer a free diagnostic evaluation, so I asked them to come look at our pipes that were allowing debris to back into the tub. The next thing I know, the employee was calling me to tell me he got his camera/hose stuck in the pipe and the only way to get it out would be to dig up the entire plumbing system and replace it... costing $2500 (He actually gave me over 4 different prices, going back and forth on what all was included for each price, but none of them actually adding up. It's like he was just throwing random numbers out and they dont have actual fees set for what they offer). I called the office, requesting to speak with the manager or owner to make sure they knew I didn't want the plumbing system left in worse shape than it was when they got there (long story short, IT WAS) and that we were not interested in a $2500 repair right now. The receptionist said that she would give him my number and he would call me.. he never did. My husband and I talked about it and decided to go ahead and have the repair done, so I called and asked for a written quote... I never got it. I called back, requesting one again, and still never got one. I called back a third time and was told "I meant to call you but got sidetracked. I we are no longer able to do your repair." So to summarize, they came out to look at and tell me what was wrong with a pipe, got a piece of equipment stuck in it, rendering it non-functional, and then said that they can't fix a problem they created? AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This business is run in the most irresponsible way. Not to be trusted!

He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to local hardware store for materials, & repaired the faucet. He was extremely professional through out the service & very courteous. I asked for a tankless hot water heater install quote. He had unit prices readily available from previous jobs & recommended one that he has proven reliable. His labor quote was fair.
