My visit with Dr. Farah's dental office for cosmetic dental bonding that was initiated on May 1,…read more2025 was very disheartening experience. Due to the poor quality of service and the unsatisfactory, uncomfortable, and unprofessional results. Shortly after the bonding was completed, part of it chipped within a week, and I had to return to the office on May 21 to have it repaired. After that visit, the bonding was left visibly uneven, unnatural-looking, and physically uncomfortable. The shape and color do not match the rest of my teeth, and the work does not reflect professional cosmetic standards. My previous experiences with cosmetic bonding from other dentists have always been successful, natural-looking, and long-lasting. This is the first time I've experienced chipping and poor aesthetic results like this. I just moved here. Because I now need to seek corrective treatment elsewhere at my own cost. The service I received does not reflect the quality or outcome I reasonably expected or paid for. They refused to continue working on it to meet satisfaction that was kindly requested. And then on top of that refused any kind of refund that was calmly and politely asked for. See images with dates for reference. What do you think? Not sure why he couldn't just try again, even if it was inconvenient and disappointing for him. I would have never left reviews ever if he was kind in responding to me about it instead of trying to make me a bad guy in front of everyone, and instead helping me fix it or helping me with the $700+ on unusually poor results

I love this practice!! We moved here from Jacksonville, and despite living in Melbourne, we make…read morethe drive specifically for this dentist and her staff. I could not find anyone in Jacksonville to re-do the bonding on my front 4 teeth that desperately needed it after 20 years. Many dentists aren't trained properly, or it doesn't give much profit and as such they prefer Veneers or Crowns. I have anxiety about any mouth work as I have a lengthy history of palate expanders, headgears, braces, and jaw surgery all starting at age 5. Dr. Anitha Prasanna sees teeth as her art and she is so wonderful in her art!! She bonded them beautifully for me. And I plan to go in and have 6 more done due to gum recession (from all the previous work done). The work was more than reasonably priced, she has a PASSION for her art (so rare these days), and her crew is amazing! First dental cleaning was also phenomenal. My husband also said the same (he went first to scope the practice out for us ****Update - scheduled an appointment for another bonding session for 6 additional teeth after spending money for four teeth to be re bonded. The week of the appointment they called my husband to confirm. He was at work and confused and they INSISTED it was his appointment and he had cavities that needed to be filled. He cancelled the appointment and called me. I told him I sure it was my appointment for bonding (again, zero cavities so they could not even get this correct). I called to rectify the situation. The young and unintelligent front office girl would not listen to me and kept cutting me off saying "we have spoken to your husband." "Yes and you don't have the correct person. It's MY appointment." I asked to speak to a manager. A manager would not return my phone call. Then the same ridiculously rude front office girl called back saying the dentist wanted to meet with me. I drive 45 minutes as is - I scheduled this appointment months prior. And y'all can't even have the decency to have someone in a position of authority call me? They received over $800 from insurance on top of what I paid. So now I am supposed to pay several hundred more dollars and be happy with how I have been treated? They didn't even respect my time and no one could be bothered to call me back other than the original ridiculous person I spoke to in the first place who couldn't seem to grasp the fact they screwed up to begin with. And I had the appointment card to prove it! Glad I saved it! The front office has ruined this for me entirely. Not worth my 45 minute drive each way. I could not believe they argued with me and insisted my husband had cavities. She even said to my husband "I just spoke to the dentist and she said you have to come in!" She was too busy trying to sell him Invisalign and a device for those with sleep apnea than to pay attention to state of his teeth. He has since gone elsewhere and he does not have any cavities. I will not be going back and neither will my husband. Ever. Dollar signs in their eyes.

I am a caregiver for my Intellectually disabled brother and we have been going here for many years, we trusted this dentist. I've paid them thousands (cash-no insurance). Early this year I went in for an exam, cleaning and x-rays, excited to use my new insurance. Office manager Nicole checked my insurance and said it was covered. I would not have had all the extensive unnecessary x-rays otherwise and had her double check to be sure. Several months later I received 1 statement (the only one) that said I owed $134 that wasn't covered. Well, I researched further, and I guess insurance wasn't going to cover all the extra x-rays. We return to that office every few months, so I wasn't worried about the bill and figured I'd deal with it next time. I never heard anything else from them until I called to schedule an appt in May. I admit, I was remiss and should have called and paid the now overdue bill. Several weeks ago, I explained to the current office manager Jonathon that I found a dentist that has experience with those with disabilities and was granted a scholarship to cover his annual dental expenses. I told him I would pay the bill when we next spoke the following week. I got busy and forgot to call (my bad) Last week I missed 2 calls (no message left) from Jonathon and on Thursday I called him and left a message. I tried again yesterday (twice) and supposedly missed him both times. Today I received a notice for $234 from a collection agency. I went to the office to pay the bill and to see why Jonathon was avoiding me and was told by a hostile Johnaton that "it is out of his hands" and I must pay the collection agency. I was there with cash, and he wouldn't take it! Needless to say, I was not happy and probably sounded so. He took no responsibility for the miscommunication from the original appt and blamed it on the former staff member. He argued with me and insisted that he received no message from me last week, he even told me they had sent several statements over the last few months (I never received them) and could have cared less about my issues. When I asked about the extra "fee" that the collection agency wanted he said that is a collection fee and he has no control over that. He was adamant and it was apparent that since I was no longer a patient he saw no reason to extend any courtesy or common decency. I called the collection agency right then and there and they told me the $100 "fee" was from the dentist office that it had been added before turning it over to them. Obviously, he wasn't being truthful, additionally he told me Dr. Sater wasn't available to discuss this with. Then he came back and said he just discussed it with Dr. Sater so apparently Dr was there. So many untruths here! To make matter worse, my brother's new Dentist and Hygienist and explained to me from the look of the x-rays and exam showing excessive tarter/plaque below the gum line, that there is no way he had thorough descaling and planing done last year at Port St. John Dental care, but he did! As I paid for it and several cleanings since then. This office seems to be all about the money, and much less about consistent and thorough dental care. I would not recommend them at all.
