My visit with Dr. Farah's dental office for cosmetic dental bonding that was initiated on May 1,…read more2025 was very disheartening experience. Due to the poor quality of service and the unsatisfactory, uncomfortable, and unprofessional results. Shortly after the bonding was completed, part of it chipped within a week, and I had to return to the office on May 21 to have it repaired. After that visit, the bonding was left visibly uneven, unnatural-looking, and physically uncomfortable. The shape and color do not match the rest of my teeth, and the work does not reflect professional cosmetic standards. My previous experiences with cosmetic bonding from other dentists have always been successful, natural-looking, and long-lasting. This is the first time I've experienced chipping and poor aesthetic results like this. I just moved here. Because I now need to seek corrective treatment elsewhere at my own cost. The service I received does not reflect the quality or outcome I reasonably expected or paid for. They refused to continue working on it to meet satisfaction that was kindly requested. And then on top of that refused any kind of refund that was calmly and politely asked for. See images with dates for reference. What do you think? Not sure why he couldn't just try again, even if it was inconvenient and disappointing for him. I would have never left reviews ever if he was kind in responding to me about it instead of trying to make me a bad guy in front of everyone, and instead helping me fix it or helping me with the $700+ on unusually poor results

Since I'm retired, I opted out of expensive dental insurance, and instead I pay cash and receive a discount when I pay at time of service. To keep costs down, I have opted for xrays only every other year, and that has worked out well. I have had to have a crown, but I had anticipated some dental costs so I set up a separate savings for medical expenses. Even with that large expense, I saved money over the cost of dental insurance premiums, and paying cash saves me from any surprises from insurance companies.

0 stars if I could. I confirmed my appointment days in advance through their automated system,…read morereceived a confirmation response back, completed EVERY patient form beforehand (including insurance information), and continued receiving reminder texts all the way up to the appointment time. I drove to the office only to be told they gave my appointment away because I "didn't answer a phone call." Apparently their office claimed my confirmation and insurance "didn't go through" despite having written proof that it did. If there was an issue, why continue sending confirmed appointment reminders instead of notifying me the appointment was at risk of being canceled? Completely disorganized front office experience and a huge waste of time. Honestly, if this level of confusion and lack of communication is any indication of how the office operates overall, I probably dodged a bullet.
