They helped me better understand my health issues and also helped diagnose an underlying disease. Natalie at the front desk was downright horrible. She clearly hates her job and is possibly miserable in her outside life. Doesn't mean she can take it out on patients. Maria in particular was very dismissive, rude, and acted like helping patients was an inconvenience. I dealt with repeated prescription mistakes, constant runarounds, poor communication, and zero accountability from the office. I repeatedly explained what medication and prescription format I needed, yet they continued sending incorrect prescriptions, causing unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was met with attitude and lack of urgency every step of the way. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and competent care -- none of which I experienced here. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
