Ordered bifocal sunglass lenses for my own frames. They insisted on a SH measurement but did not…read moreprovide a way on their website for me to give them that. I called my ophthalmologist and they gave me a measurement taken when I purchased daily lenses a few months ago. They also said this measurement is different for every fame. They sent lenses with an oversized bifocal placed in the middle of the lens. I would have to keep my chin on my chest peaking over the bifocal to see any distance. Not a good idea when driving. I have no idea why the technician who made these didn't see a problem! You didn't have to put the glasses on to see that something was off !!! I contacted the company and 2 different representatives (Sharissa and Jovanni) told me again to go to my "physician" and get that measurement. So, I'm suppose to ask my provider to measure me for a product I'm not going to purchase from them? That is unrealistic, unprofessional and simply just asinine. When I filed a complaint with the BBB because they wouldn't refund my money, I noticed they have a B rating because of multiple complaints. (Should have done that first!) Need bifocals?
