Ordered bifocal sunglass lenses for my own frames. They insisted on a SH measurement but did not provide a way on their website for me to give them that. I called my ophthalmologist and they gave me a measurement taken when I purchased daily lenses a few months ago. They also said this measurement is different for every fame. They sent lenses with an oversized bifocal placed in the middle of the lens. I would have to keep my chin on my chest peaking over the bifocal to see any distance. Not a good idea when driving. I have no idea why the technician who made these didn't see a problem! You didn't have to put the glasses on to see that something was off !!! I contacted the company and 2 different representatives (Sharissa and Jovanni) told me again to go to my "physician" and get that measurement. So, I'm suppose to ask my provider to measure me for a product I'm not going to purchase from them? That is unrealistic, unprofessional and simply just asinine. When I filed a complaint with the BBB because they wouldn't refund my money, I noticed they have a B rating because of multiple complaints. (Should have done that first!) Need bifocals? I originally sent my frames that they received on March 13th few weeks later received my glasses prescription bifocal was bad called them was asked to send them back and followed the tracker after weeks it reads lenses are being remand for a second time followed the tracker almost 3weeks it reads lenses are being made left a post on there instagram page received a response stating there will look into it the next day received a phone call they stated they cracked my 250 dollar frames and would credit me 200 for new frames of my choice that did did was told I would receive a return phone call two days later no call so called again was told they needed the size frames I wanted that info was already given asked if they could expedite them was told they would try very upset it's been 3 months and can't expedite them after I was charged the first time 3 months ago when they received my frames in March we are now in June WTF read more
