I have always found them to be pleasant and professional, maintaning a quick service, taking orders and passing them onto the backroom staff to prepare and bring over. I've typically been in and out, during the busier times 10 minutes max. I have a 30 minute lunch but work close by so it's fine with me. You can eat inside, the seating area is attached to the walls facing the window, so you can look outside while eating. This also prevents the potential long queues from disturbing you, as you are facing away from it. I have seen the staff cleaning and wiping down surfaces when those who eat in leave, which stands them in good stead from a hygeine perspective.
