Within minutes of reaching out to Simon, he was already reaching back. Our first phone call, even though it was ephemeral, made a long-lasting impression to me. Simon told me he and his company are consistently voted in the top tier of customer service. Certainly a title he wears with pride, and one he certainly lives up to. Here are some of the things Simon did that really stood out to me. 1. His rates. I'm not kidding when I say Simon saved me 2% interest on my loan. Not 0.2%. But 2 full % points. His genuine customer service AGAIN. (His customer service easily deserves two mentions) My fiancé lost her job due to Civid19 in the middle of our home buying process. That put me, and my student loans at the forefront of the home buying process. My previous lender told me that my student loans would essentially disqualify me from buying a house, because my DTI was too high. But Simon?! Oh no. Simon kicked my student loans right in the face.
