To make matters worse, I was hosting a birthday party the coming weekend and had so much to do. I was trying everything to get back my mobility... stretches, cbd oil, back roller, mobility ball, ice, heat, pain cream, rest, but nothing was working and I was in tears from desperation. It can be a frightening feeling when your freedom of movement is slipping away before your eyes. I didn't feel comfortable driving the car and could barely bend down at all. I had to do something or cancel the party, so I found Dr. Burr's reviews here. I'm not really a chiropractor person, at least I wasn't, but I liked that they relied on teaching exercise treatment therapies as well as adjustments, because my other experiences with chiropractic seemed like they were a repeating RX for more and more visits. I wanted a solution and things I could learn to do for myself. I also liked that he had a relationship with Applied Fitness Solutions, (AFS) where I have a membership and who I trust. Mitch was so compassionate and nice on the phone, and is so nice to work with. God bless them, they got me in the same day and I was able to start implementing the exercises Dr. Burr showed me right away. He explained my issues so well and was very personable but so clearly a professional. He really understood where I was at and knew what to do. I also purchased a lumbar pillow that helped train my spine to return to where it needed to be. I appreciated that they didn't push the purchase of this hard, and showed me how I could also use a towel, but I have to say the pillow does the job so perfectly, is comfortable, and doesn't slip that I'm really glad I bought it. It definitely made a huge difference in my recovery. It turned car trips into therapy. Two days later my pain had so improved!! I had a follow-up visit this day and Dr. Burr expertly assessed my progress and told me what to do to take my recovery further. I never imagined I could feel this better this quickly. I did the exercises frequently and they strengthened me and corrected the problem. Dr. Burr did give a great upper back adjustment as well. I'm still amazed at how fast I improved. Dr. Burr said that early treatment was key to bouncing back so quickly. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I just need a few more visits... not perpetual visits! I'm functioning and mostly comfortable. I'm so happy to share this as my success story! The party is tomorrow and it's totally happening, and I'll be able to enjoy it fully! My husband was amazed as well when he saw how miserable I was (my family had to do so much for me!) and he is going to see Dr. Burr for some back pain he has been struggling with for a while. He wasn't a chiropractor person either lol. If you have pain and are looking for real lasting help, I can't recommend Dr. Burr highly enough.

In just 5 sessions I learned SO much about what was going on with my body and causing my pain. He actually took the time to listen to my concerns and venting at times Lol. But, I haven't been in pain since. I wish I would have went last year! I highly recommend his method over a 'regular' chiropractor where you may just pop in for for adjustment. That was only a small part of the treatment here. He reminded me of seeing a PT and specialist all in one. Definitely worth the time. Thanks RJ!

Because I had an existing well-known established chiropractor that I had been seeing for 25+ years, who is absolutely fabulous, I walked into this place very skeptical with all the guards up and thinking there's nothing this new place would be able to give me. But when I say walked, I really meant shuffled and stumbled because I was bent over in so much pain with every step. Without going into detail about my condition, I was depleted, in tears and easily agitated because of the nerve pain that I was experiencing. But when I walked out, I was eternally grateful for Dr. Adam and his team. Not only was everyone so professional and pleasant and the place was super clean. But what really stood out was the 1-1 interaction with Dr Adam and especially with Taylor, his assistant, with her empathy and support I felt seen which is important when you're already in a vulnerable state. Moreover, the quality of the care that I received was so exceptional that when I walked out of their office all I can say is I felt like I had a new body. Yes, it was temporary relief, and I will need to go back, but I walked out with smile and laughter and walking straight up, so much so that I felt compelled to share my story in writing this review because although I have a long journey to healing, with Dr. Adam and his team by my side I truly know I will get there and they helped to restore my faith and hope that I can get back to my pre-injury self. With so much gratitude.

Dr. Zach listens, asks for feedback, and looks at your posture before every single adjustment. He spends time with his patients and never rushes us out the door. In November 2024, I began experiencing a lot of neck pain. It just continued to get worse and worse. It kept me up at night, and prevented me from getting any real rest. No matter how I stood, sat, or laid down, I would always be in pain. I couldn't think or focus, and always felt agitated. I tried everything to get relief, from decompression tables and decompression pillows to purchasing sleeping pillow after sleeping pillow, steroid shots, nerve ablations, and both topical and oral pain relievers. I saw massage therapists and pain specialists, did physical therapy, had MRI after MRI, and saw chiropractor after chiropractor. The best decision I made was to look for an upper cervical chiropractor. I knew I didn't want to see another cookie-cutter doctor! I knew I needed a doctor who looked outside the box and didn't just crack my neck and then send me out the door. I wanted a doctor who could understand me and was also empathetic. When I found Dr. Zach's website and read his page, I was hopeful I had finally found someone who could truly help me feel normal again. I have been seeing Dr. Zach for about two months now. Prior to that, I had been living with chronic upper cervical, thoracic, and shoulder blade pain for well over a year and a half, and was feeling hopelessness and depressed. After my second appointment with Dr. Zach, I began to feel a million times better with my pain immensely decreased. After an entire week went by without the nagging pain, I was confident enough to say the words out loud: I finally found a doctor who was able to help me! I finally found a doctor who was able to help fix what I thought would be forever broken. I thought I was going to live that way for the rest of my life. But Dr. Zach helped me. He helped me feel that there is hope. He helped me get to a place where I can start living a normal life again, and I am truly grateful! Thank you Dr. Z!

I honestly don't know what I would have done without him, and I am truly grateful for his support and expertise. He was the only one who took the time to listen to me and had the right tools to help diagnose my condition. He genuinely thinks through what you tell him and always goes the extra mile for his patients. I will be forever grateful to him because I would probably still be lying in pain and feeling scared if it weren't for his help. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor at first, but I quickly learned there is a difference between traditional "cracking your neck" chiropractors and upper cervical chiropractors. There was no scary cracking or twisting involved. It's truly amazing what can be accomplished with such gentle, precise adjustments. If you find yourself in need of chiropractic care, you can rest assured that you're in the right hands.
