Talked with 3 agents and they didn't know how can I retrieve my medical records; but also imaging has to be requested at each office AND write the name of the provider; Med records office close at 5PM so you can't speak after that I have tried this system for one hr. At the end they asked to Upload your ID, so WHY you have a robot system when you see humans? Hire more people to do this

Initially it was a bit difficult to establish care with her, she is highly sought after! I ended up seeing both the PA and NP in her office before finally getting to see and establish care with Dr. Dhanda herself. Both the NP and PA were very nice, friendly and attentive I just knew I ultimately wanted Dr. Dhanda. The wait was worth it, she is so nice, actually listens to my concerns and is easy to work with. I really appreciate her getting to know me, my lifestyle and concerns instead of just treating me like another number/treating me based off of only lab values.

In addition to a Pediatrics Department with 41 exam rooms and roughly 20 doctors for Pediatrics, you will find an outpatient lab, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Diabetes Education Center and Patient Education. My boys have been seeing Dr Chen since birth. They are now 6 and 7. We have always been over the moon for Dr Chen. I do have to mention she is not there 5 days a week but with other MD's on staff, we have never had a problem getting in when we needed to. I mean.. I tell my kids not to get sick when Dr Chen is out of the office but you know kids...they don't listen. She is quick to respond to emails, honest about issues and promotes healthy habits for kids.
