Before I started my sessions at Hypnofy with Greg, my monkey mind (mind chatter) was off the charts, I was stressed, scatterbrained, and struggling with a nagging anxious feeling for no reason. I had done work...a lot of work before I went to Greg...yoga, meditation, read the books, did the affirmations, but I couldn't get past this block.
