This applies to any and all companies that do not sign up with Yelp. In this case, however-seems pretty accurate, sadly. They've given me the lowest Liability quote out there, so far. I am currently searching for insurance myself, and waiting for these folks to give me a call back. I saw that BBB rates them as a 1.4 out of 5. So....Yeah. I'm going to have a talk with them. A claims department should be staffed with professionals who know how to treat clients with respect, empathy, and professionalism -- especially during stressful situations involving claims. It is frustrating to pay monthly premiums expecting support when needed, only to feel dismissed when it is time for the company to step up. Based on my experience, I hope the company seriously evaluates the quality of customer service they are providing and the people representing them.
