He continues to add extra costs to the job, but did not finish the job as promised. I have several logs that are still not sealed even though the owner claims the job is done. I now have to hire someone else to complete the job that this company has not completed. Do not put your trust in this company, you will be disappointed.

He took extra steps to make sure everything was as good as it could be and made it clear that he takes great care in his work. I'd recommend AJ Construction for any project in the future. He does larger jobs, but also makes time to take care of the one-offs which is great. Great guy and great company!

Charles took pictures of the area to show that the leak was where I thought it was. It was even recommended, but not pushed, to get another area replaced and explained why it would be a good idea. I ended up getting the other area replaced and I am glad I did -- just for peace of mind. I really like speaking with someone who is not a 'pushy' salesperson. I appreciate talking to someone who talks to me and explains things clearly. I would highly recommend 616 Roofing and Exteriors and would call them again for any needed repairs in the future.

I told him my project had a short deadline and he committed to being able to complete it. He consistently communicated with me through email, text and phone calls. He worked long hours to get it done. I was very specific in the details of the project I needed work done on, and Jack was able to complete it as I had asked, also sending photos and a report of the completed work. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. My experience with Precision Handyman Contractors was just what I was hoping it would be. I highly recommend this contractor.

I knew someone that had work done by Dykstra last year and they were looking to hire them again…read morethis year for another job and their pricing was great. I knew they did great quality work from the job in the prior year so I had no worries there. The work crew was on time, courteous, and did a nice job with clean up at the end. It's been about 5 months and I'm still very happy. There are no cracks and everything is uniform and level. They even accommodated my request to put 4x4 wood posts in the steps so that I could use a composite stair rail kit (which I assembled after the cement set). As I mentioned before their pricing is very competitive, so you'll have to plan ahead when scheduling, especially in the busy summer season. That's not any reason in my mind to give them a lesser rating though. They're busy because they do excellent work and have good pricing, so just plan ahead and get a quote and if you have lots of rain like we did this year, you may have to wait a little longer, but that means it will set properly and you'll be happy with the results. These guys are great!
