Even when I had an issue with a disposable vape from a company that wouldn't respond to my messages, they took care of the problem right away. They deliver which is great, I had no vehicle over the holidays so it definitely came in handy, and their delivery people are so nice. I came into the vape shop, bought two 60ml of juice (0 and 3 nic levels) and bought a bottle to…read moremix the two nicotine strengths. I sat down in the shop and filled up bottle with all of my juice (75 dollars worth). I then proceeded to fill the juice from the bottle into my tank. As I was doing so, the employee working there saw the bottle cap pop off as I was filling it into my tank. I got him to test test squeeze the bottle they sold me again to make sure it was the reason the juice had spilled (even thiugh it was obvious) and it popped off for a second time! ALL the juice was wasted. Both employees working there understood the bottle was faulty and decided to call their boss to come up with a solution. Shortly after that, one of the employees handed me the phone and the boss clearly stated the following: "I heard you were complaining. GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY STORE!!!". This was followed with more profanity, even though I had a calm and courteous demeanor throughout the entire conversation and during the mishap. I responded by wishing him and his employees a happy holiday and calmly left. Another issue I had when I first went there... I bought a mod from them and straight out of the box there was a giant air bubble on the glass. I came in the next day with the unused mod since the store said they had a 30 warranty on their mod. I very kindly asked to replace the mod with one that did not have a defect. The owner aggressively refused. After calming down, he tried to fix the issue with the glass but ended up breaking the entire unit. At this point he reluctantly offered me a credit to use on something else in the store (because he broke it and had no other choice). It is obvious that the owner of this shop is a very angry individual with no respect for his customer base, especially considering how civil I was with him. Other vape shops have actually warned me about how unpleasant their experiences have been with the owner of wicks and wires is and refuse have also refused to give them any business. P.S. I am not over exaggerating whatsoever, if anything I am understanding how horrible my experience was with them. I would like to warn people that although your experience may be pleasant, it is because your are giving enough money to the owner without the need of any real customer service. Please consider this: would you really want to help someone make money that treats people so disrespectfully and has such a poor character? Also consider that their prices are much higher than other shops such as ace vaper and dash vapes for just about everything (juice, hardware, coils, etc.) Do yourself a favour, STAY AWAY!!!

So I guess it was from the battery anyhow. So I put the cartridge in a different battery that I have and it still didn't work and I had a few more cartridges that I had bought from the same place and they worked. So it was specifically this one cartridge that wouldn't work. So I'm explaining that to the guy behind the counter and you know he's being very pleasant, but he's almost acting like how unfortunate of a situation it is... Which I was wondering why would he be behaving this way? Isn't he just going to replace it? So I asked him I said so are you going to replace it or what happens from here? And he said oh no we don't replace them and I said but I just bought it yesterday I paid like 40 bucks for it and he said yeah no we don't do that. I was completely beside myself as I literally just paid 40 bucks for it yesterday and clearly it's the battery they gave me or it's the cartridge like it has nothing to do with me and so he gives me a piece of paper with yocan written on it and battery beside it I guess maybe I'm supposed to get hold of yocan and then underneath it it says back 40 cush mint that was the flavor of my cartridge LOL. So I don't know how that is supposed to help me When I'm gone out of your store so I get home anyways and I totally see that there's these random stupid things written on the paper makes no sense. So I call the store to try and find out what's going on because there's no way on Earth that I'm going to get screwed over for my 40 bucks. I literally go shopping there almost every single day of the week like I spend so much money there. It's outrageous!! So yeah I call the store back and the guy that was on the phone seemed really pleasant and I'm not sure what's going to happen from here. See because friendly stranger I've been using since these weed stores came into effect. So once they moved into my neighborhood I naturally went and started using them. Well, that's not going to happen anymore when I use the other place around here. Stoked! If something happens to your vape or anything that you have, they will deal with it. They stand behind their name... So I was you know mortified you know losing with the battery like you know almost 60 bucks right? So I will no longer be using friendly stranger and I don't recommend any of you use it if you value your money because if something happens to anything you buy from them they are not responsible for it. They will not help you. They are just not interested so I'll be going back to stoked where they stand behind their product. He did not receive a response. We went to the location a couple weeks later and were turned away because it was over 3o days. They also said there was no record of his purchase in their system, even though my boyfriend was able to verify all purchases. When he explained that an email was sent, the excuse provided by the staff was that they were "too busy" to respond. He has only had the istick for a few months, and it has now completely stopped working. I am not one to normally write reviews, but after this experience we were both disappointed. Waste of money and extremely poor customer service on behalf of the management of vapemeet. (Side note - the manager would not get up to come speak to us. But the employee that we spoke to was understanding and empathetic, although he was unable to provide a solution without the approval of a manager.)

It's a little more nicely decorated than other vape stores, but it is just as big as most big chain vape stores out there. Great customer service, always welcome you with a smile here and always seem genuinely happy to help. It's a good hour and a half from me, but I'm here once a month since my fiance enjoys a certain ejuice that can only be found here at Vapemeet. And I don't protest, great staff, always clean, always have stuff in stock, no complaints. Even got free drinks and sometimes snacks at back corner of the store.
