I got on the Servpro of McKinney website and saw that they were open on a Sunday. They came out, did lots of tests and set out dehumidifiers. Were back the next day to check on everything. Thank goodness everything was dry! They returned today, right on schedule to finish up. Their techs and staff are friendly and courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

We asked for a Restoration Company that could complete the job from Start to finish... When I initially called ServPro to enlist their service, They said yes they do it all... So I recruited their service... Initially they were very willing to reply to phone calls, but my first clue should have been when they asked me to hire a plumber, to discover the water source... which make sense... but they said they were full service... so that didn't make sense? So we hired a plumber ($150.00 later) only to tell us what we already knew. Once the report went back to ServPro they sent the technician out... did there job and after destroying parts of the property... they left. On several occasions afterwards, I called the technicians back to complete the job... repairing... replacing what was destroyed. Three times to be exact, and every time they would tell us there is a 6 to 8 week wait for repairs... The only reason we recruited this company is because they assured us they were full service and home would be back as normal upon completion ... It is now six weeks later... I call again today to ask when the job will be completed... and once again the wait is het another 6 to 8 weeks longer wait from today... In reality then the wait list is at this point 3 months later if you are lucky... Long story short, I do not recommend this office, they do NOT deliver on their promise... LET ME WARN YOU... USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

More generally, when personal belongings are treated carelessly, it raises concerns about the overall attention to detail throughout the job. Restoration work is stressful enough without having to worry about safety hazards and unnecessary disruption inside your home.
