Make sure you check your bill before you leave. We set up an appointment primarily to have 2 of our long-haired cats have their underbellies and poop tracks shaved at $20 each and only one cat had her butt shaved without the belly and the other cat nothing. They had to make sure they talked us into doing all their vaccinations, so we left with a $300+ bill without getting what we came for done. Time to move on I guess.

I called this morning to enquire the price to have my dobermans ears cut and her 9 week booster. The young lady on the other end of the phone explained to me that she would have to have all of her shots/boosters up to 15 weeks before this could be done. I explained to her that the longer you wait, the less likely they'll be to stand and that AKC suggests you have them done between 8 and 10 weeks. Was there anything I could do to have them done a little earlier. She proceeded to tell me that she's done this for years, (highly doubtful since she sounded about 15) said bye and hung up. I've NEVER in all of my years and my families years that we've handed Doug our money, been spoke to so rudely and with blatant disrespect. I will no longer do business with this veterinary office, nor will anyone in my family. Last year alone my parents and I spent over $4,000 just in veterinary bills. I'll be more than happy to spend my hard earned money somewhere else. Evidently this office isn't in need of customers in Greeneville and Greene County, TN.

Moreover, when I tried to get them to address the problem by contacting them on Facebook and the main phone number several times, I was completely ignored. at first, I asked them to repair what was done to the dog and fix the choppiness/uneveness, but they refused to respond. then i asked for a refund so we could take him elsewhere for haircut repair, and again i was ignored. so maybe this will get some attention. the dog is a service animal, a golden doodle-poodle with very curly hair. We asked for a trim and without even asking if it was okay--they told us he was "very matted" when we picked him up and they had to shave off a bunch of his hair. yep--he had matting on his haunches--but not all over!! instead of doing a nice haircut where he kept his hair and got a quality doodle/poodle cut, they sent him home with gouges out of his fur, large chunks missing from his face, filthy ears, no nail trimming, and mangy pieces on his legs.... they didn't even properly brush out his tail. he didn't even look like himself! Grossly disappointed and we will never do business with them again. it's all good if they do a good job. God forbid you don't like it they just drop you as a client and ghost you. i'm filing complaints with oversight organizations too because this was reprehensible customer service and horrible damage to our dog's coat...without apology or excuse.
