I wanted subtle and bold at the same time, with pops of bright colors that would be as passionate and bold that you would see in the fall, but colors that pop to match the Spring/Summer vibes and vibrant personality. Having a venue that was very hands-off would of stressed me out without the details that they offered. I loved my color board/flower board virtually shown and we worked together seamlessly until the near end, when I needed her to carry the torch to the finish line. Thank you x a million for making this relatively stress-free as much as a wedding can be. Working from a different state a lot of trust went into the process. Very happy with results. Even sent pics after so others can see her work :).

Be wary of businesses advertising "locally owned and operated" they may be, but you may be speaking to an answering service and not the actual florist. I called Powdersville Florist & Gifts, an actually spoke to REAL Florist!!! Brandi was able to take my order, and even though her internet was down preventing me from paying (I'm in AZ), she made a beautiful arrangement and even sent me several pictures building my confidence that I picked the right florist. She was able to take my payment using another method (after she made the arrangement, talk about trust) and had the order DELIVERED in just over an hour from beginning to end!!!! Now that is service!!! @Connie Baker, you have a winner with Brandi, I have been in customer service for over 45 years, and this is what great service is all about! In addition, she did not charge me anything extra. Thank you Ira! It was perfect!

We met with the owner three times before the wedding to provide inspiration pics, confirm what we wanted, and make adjustments. I have reached out to her multiple times to discuss this matter in hopes that we could come to a mutual agreement. She refuses to meet with us and will no longer respond to any texts.
