Received a birthday flower bouquet from Greer Florist that was ordered via Teleflora. The flower arrangement was nothing like what was ordered (and it was also at a lower price point than the ordered arrangement) and the sender wasn't made aware that there would be a substitution. The discrepancy was only discovered after I sent a photo of the flowers to the sender. Very deceptive way to do business. Would not trust or recommend this florist. read more

Incredibly disappointed in the arrangement delivered to my sister for her birthday. Quality was substandard to what was ordered. When you pay +$140 for a sunflower arrangement, the expectation is that it will, AT MINIMUM, appear to be the same quality as what was posted on the website. After reaching out via email (I'm in another state), no offer to make it right. I don't recommend this business at all. read more

My entire family and the nurses at Greer Memorial Hospital are very impressed with the arrangement Greer Florist quickly put together for Dad yesterday! He's a huge Clemson fan, has been all his life--even spent his earliest days living in the prefabs where Littlejohn is now while my grandfather worked on his architecture degree after coming back from WWII. I saw the "Get Well" arrangements advertised, but they just didn't seem right for a man. I asked the florist if she would create an arrangement using only orange, purple, and white flowers. She did it and did it very well! We're all so happy! The arrangement looks even better than anyone hoped. I'd definitely request more work from Greer Florist, where our hopes and expectations were exceeded! read more

Do not use this Florist!! They lost my order and many others for Prom last year and begged for us not to post negative reviews. I decided to give them a go again this year but they charged more this year for a corsage only vs. corsage and boutonnière last year. The corsage is tiny and certainly not worth what they charged. Can you say price gouging for Prom. Never again. read more

I spoke with James about a short notice delivery (within a few hours) for my wife's birthday, with no expectations that they would actually be able to help. James somehow made it happen and my wife loved the selection he put together! Understandably in the mix of all the other order that were being prepared a specific flower was missed but James not only sincerely apologized, he sent a 2nd order of flowers with a sincere apology card attached to my wife within a few hours of the original delivery. My husband ordered a bouquet for me for our anniversary and it was delivered as requested, but it was no where worth $80. He specifically asked for a certain type of flower that wasn't even included in it. I really thought for $80 it would've included more than 4 pink roses and 5 white lilies. He called to see why the specific flowers-Stargazer Lilies-weren't included and she said that the delivery driver took the arrangement before she could add them. He said he would just stop and get them and she then said SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY. Now this was only an hour after they were delivered. So, did she actually even have them???? She then said she would refund some money. She did, $20. So that means $50 for 4 roses and 5 lilies......plus $10 for delivery. He has gotten me nicer flowers from Harris Teeter- A GROCERY STORE. read more

I misread their sign and thought the roses were cheaper than they actually were and the owner gave me a free rose because he felt bad. It made my day and was one of the sweetest things that has ever happened to me. It really is the small things in life because that simple rose was given to my grandma who is going through a rough time so by. giving me the rose he made my day and her day. 10/10 would return for more flowers read more

I ordered flowers to be sent for Valentine's Day for my daughter from her dad. We live out of state and I initially called a florist in Spartanburg, who didn't deliver to Duncan, but recommended I call Greer Florist. I ordered them on Saturday for Thursday, Valentines day delivery. It's now the Sunday after Valentines Day and they aren't there yet. When I called on Friday, the day after the scheduled delivery, I was given an apology and the assurance that they would be delivered that day. "They just didn't know what had happened, overwhelmed from Valentine's Day, how can I make this right, yada yada, yada." RUN, DO NOT WALK, FROM THIS FLORIST. How are they even in business??
