Chris was quick to come out and give me a fair bid on the job. The estimate was very thorough and included all labor and parts with breakdown of pricing. He gave me a few options, and he was able to save me as much money as he could. When it came to work, the technicians were fast and respectful of the home, kids, and dogs. The total work of replacement was about 2 1/2 days. The warranty for work and parts is more than fair. As I already said, this happened about 2 days before Christmas, and our family was at max levels of stress during this time. I used Scotty's Backflow & Sprinklers for almost 20 years, and sadly they are not the same company…read moreanymore. Their reliability and honesty have gone downhill fast. I paid them to fix an issue, and the fix didn't hold. When I asked them to come back, take a look at what they had done, and give me an estimate to repair it properly, they billed me just to show up. That wasn't a new service call -- it was them assessing a repair that never worked in the first place. No reputable business charges a long-term customer to inspect their own failed work. The lack of accountability was the final straw for me. They no longer stand behind what they do, and the quality isn't even close to what it used to be. I can't recommend them to anyone anymore.
