Despite submitting a pre-need agreement on August 15, 2018 Zion failed to provide the correct size of casket. We found this out as they carried my Mother to her burial plot. With out-of-town mourners and limited time I was forced to have the cemetery increase the size of my Mother's burial plot to accommodate the larger than needed casket Zion provided. Luckily this is a family plot however, my Mother's burial resulted in taking up 3 burial plots leaving only 2 remaining burial sites instead of 5. How horrible would this have been if there weren't enough space to accommodate the wrong size casket Zion provided.! I tried to contact Jennifer, one of the owners, about the mismanagement by Zion of my Mother's funeral but she has failed to return my numerous calls. As I understand from Riverside Cemetery in NJ where my Mother was buried, Zion was notified of the size of the burial plot and the appropriate size of casket to needed to accommodate the plot. Not only has Zion failed in respectfully interring my Mother in her final resting place, they've failed to respect me and my family and to respond in any manner to address the heartache and the aggravation they've unnecessarily caused. Please go to another Funeral Home! They don't take responsibility for their actions!
