They claim they are too busy to answer basic voicemail or email requests. The girl at the front desk has always been helpful & kind, everyone else made it very clear that I was an annoyance. As I was showing my place to potential renters after I was breaking my lease, there were numerous people that told me they'd also had bad experiences with Foxboro. I know there aren't a lot of options in chippewa valley, but avoid renting from them if you can.

They have increased the rent on the unit every year for the last 5 years and doubled the utility bill after being required by the government to equip the unit with a water filter system. How is it fair to make the tenant pay for that? They go through their staff like toilet paper too. I have gotten a different "agent" every time I call and am told the person I ask for is no longer with them. 1/5 stars is one star too many. Stay away from these crooks. Update: I have called 6 times now and stopped by the office one time. Was told I will have to deal with this representative that has told me multiple times she is new and is just waiting to get "clarification" So ball is in your court.

We are subject to "inspections" TWICE PER MONTH, and any time they have to get any info to me they feel they are within their rights to enter my apartment and leave messages inside my apartment. I would say rent with EXTREME caution. Since this company has taken responsibility for my complex the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property has SEVERELY decreased, and the general uneasiness of having them come in when they see fit along with a general feel of what I can only describe as "being watched" bordering on a feeling of danger at times, have made me find a new home after almost 5 years in my unit.

When requests are made for cleaning, it is nearly impossible to tell if anything is done. Buildings are allowed to turn to shambles, as boards remain broken, unpainted, etc. Moreover, they continually raise rents and nickel and dime for basic services (water, garbage, rent payment portal fees) and say they are not responsible for plumbing issues. Everything is to be charged to the tenants.
