Unprofessional attitude and work equipment. Left branches in excess of 13.ft, large pieces not cut thru all the way, left a mess on my neighbor's garage, large branch left dangling from another tree, along with an untrained associate whom was wearing Crocs on the job site and was responsible for the mistake branch that crashed down on my house.
