Everyone on their staff is very friendly. What I really appreciated was how they made working with my insurance and billing super easy. Even though I have moved away, I still recommend it to all my local family and friends.

A student dentist with very limited experience worked on my teeth and mistakenly treated what was actually a filling as if it were plaque. As a result, the surface of my tooth is now rough and uneven in several areas. When I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told that my tooth was already like that, which was not the case. The student dentist even admitted uncertainty about whether there had been a filling and had no "before" documentation to confirm. I was assured the issue would be corrected the following day by Dr. Rob Eisen. However, when I returned, to see doctor Dr. Jerry Jesin I was told I would need to pay to have the damage fixed. This was extremely frustrating, as I did not arrive with this issue, and the initial appointment had already been cut short due to the problem. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Seems like this place focuses on older people and is assurance grab. Not to mention this is the 3rd time someone is arguing about a problem with the front desk people.. tells you a lot

When I called initially to inquire about registering as a new patient, Chau was very nice and understanding on the phone, answering any questions I may have, and following up with me to ensure that all my insurance documents and forms will be set before my appointment. There is a New Patient Form on their website that you just have to complete before the appointment to save time. When I arrived at their office for my appointment, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and neatness of the place. There's Nintendo Wii and Xbox stations for kids, large TV, lots of seating at the waiting room, good lighting, really great set-up over-all, a very welcoming atmosphere. Just about 3 minutes after I arrive for my 10AM appointment, I was then greeted by Daisy, a dental hygienist. She asked me first of all if I have any immediate concerns with my dental health, and the main reason for my visit. I told her I do want to register, and that I have not gone to the dentist in at least 8 years.. yikes! During the comprehensive exam, before Daisy proceeded with each test, she would explain to me the process first, and what needs to be done. After showing me the results of my photos and x-rays, she gave me advice on how to maintain good dental health, and also what procedures I had to go through to fix some very few issues with my teeth. Oh, and here's the best part. There are 2 TVs in the room! One on the wall for when you're sitting up, and one on the ceiling right in front of you for when you're laying down, so you can watch TV and distract yourself during cleaning or any procedure they are doing. The whole time I was holding the remote control... nice.. well, in my opinion that distracted me and made me feel a little less crazy and distracted from all the drilling I can hear. Dr. Daniel dropped by for a few minutes, introduced himself, again made me feel comfortable and ran some quick checks as well. He has a very soothing voice and a very friendly smile, again making me feel calm. After the appointment, I was given a bag of goodies.. YAY! I have another appointment coming up in a week, and I am sure it will be as great as this one! I highly recommend ForestBrook Dental. I already convinced my husband to sign-up as well. They do take care of all the paperwork regarding insurance, and as a patient, I feel very well-informed about what needs to be done next in my dental care plan.

I know dentistry not just from my education but from the dentists who treat me. They've botched both our mouths to the point we have been almost 3000 out of pocket and are still dealing with the ramifications of their treatment. They did not offer to do anything to fix the issues they caused my husband adding a 2000 dollar bill due to their error. Now he still has to get a crown which they should have covered due to NEGLIGENCE. I now have to do further work on my mouth that would have been unnecessary had the work been done properly. It's been approximately 8 months of hell. Who knows how much more money I'm going to have to spend to fix it all. DO NOT GO!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! **UPDATE June 2014** I can't say enough how people need to stay away from this dentist. I have now had to have all the work removed they have done and will have to get it all redone. All out of pocket. Things that should have been done were not and cheaper materials were used, I am convinced this is to ensure a steady income coming in. Temporary filling material used in a root canal and they did not advise that a crown was needed. She left my teeth like that! Food had been getting under the filling and back into the root canal. Again my new dentist has had to refill this to prevent infection. STAY AWAY!!!
