Their prices are perfectly reasonable for the products they are selling, and the quality of their products is very high. There is plenty of parking on their property, their opening hours are good, and we have so far found almost everything we were looking for with them. Overall, this is our go to place when we need anything for us or our horses.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, with PROFANITY used towards customers…read more Unless you want NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION and have your BELONGINGS DAMAGED, and SUFFER ATTITUDE, steer clear of this shop. Long story short, came at the recommendation of Greenhawk and had items put on consignment at Baker's. After 3 months, when I called to pick up items I was told for the first time ITEMS SOLD and MONEY HELD WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMER!! Next day, I arrived for pick up only to find that the SADDLES MARKED PERMANENTLY WITHOUT CONSENT. Never once did Baker's even mention that the saddles would be marked permanently, never mind getting consent to do it. Finally, when I asked a few simple questions to the shop, I was TOLD BY OWNER that I was "WASTING HIS TIME...and B*TCHING..." and asked "Why was I still hanging around the shop if I already have gotten my money from the consignment." When Greenhawk doesn't have it…read more.. I'll admit Greenhawk is my usual go-to, but I've been pretty happy with my few visits to Bakers. It can feel a little claustrophobic inside the store (and you better like cats!), but they pack a surprisingly vast amount of stuff into the space they have. I also like their ability to special order items that are otherwise impossible to find in Canada (or at least Ontario).

It is a small space but is full of all kinds of goodies that any rider would desire. There are bits, saddles, boots, helmets, horse treats, saddle pads funky coloured horse blankets and riding pants. There are pre owned items and new items. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are always items on sale and special offers. I really enjoy hanging out and shopping here. If you are a beginner or an advanced rider there is always something here for you.... Love shopping here....

I had a custom fitting with Sarah for custom PETRIE boots and when they got to me, they didn't fit…read moreat all. she told me that a tighter fit around the calf would make for a more custom experience so I went with her experience with fitting. There are 2 inches apart from being able to close. Their way of ratifying this experience was to get me boot lifts. I tried them for over two months trying to get this to work, but my boots were literally cutting off circulation. And it's impossible to zipper them so i'm riding with them half zippered -They did nothing else to help me as I spent so much money and this was their way of making it right? Be very, very careful because they will not do the right thing and there goes your money
