Let me preface my comments by saying I am an attention to detail customer. Minor complaints... new battery cable routing made it difficult to check battery fluid levels on two batteries ( I made adjustments and had enough battery cable for the adjustments). Also, is battery fluid topped off at battery installation? All plates are covered but I would bet my battery filler would add water to all batteries. I have dealt with 4 golf cart service shops, this is the only shop I will do business with in the future.

We went inside and were immediately greeted by the resident dog, who was mostly interested in belly rubs. When we walked over to the golf carts we were immediately greeted by the resident cat, who was mostly concerned that her nap had been interrupted. The owner came over and answered our questions and gave me the keys to the carts and invited us to just take our time and drive them around.
