flowers were ordered in advance for a wedding, to be picked up the morning of. When the groom went to pick the flowers up, they were not ready. The florist delivered them. The bouquet was not to the bride's specifications as the bride had discussed. The florist tried to compensate for not having them ready. It made the bouquet too thick, it was hard for her too hold it. A very displeased customer. Awful. Our church had a funeral spray delivered from out of town and several were dead looking on arrival. It was embarrassing. They had to tuck our embarrassing spray behind the other nicer ones. I would post pictures but I can't get it to do so. So disappointing. Don't use this florist. read more

I was disappointed that I could'nt get exactly what I wanted from their website, due to unavailability of select flowers, but the designer, Marie, assisted me with other options. The arrangement for my aunt's standing spray was beautiful. Marie and staff were courteous, friendly and helpful with the ribbon and extras. They even responded after hours to clarify my order . Not only did the flowers not get delivered, but I called multiple times trying to reach someone that entire day, bc it was getting later and later throughout the day. But I never could reach anyone. L.G. Greenbrook Flowers had a very sweet, helpful receptionist to help me pick out my selection, however, overall this was the worst florist experience I have ever had. My order was so late that the place I sent the order to closed before the flowers ever arrived. I had even called the florist multiple times during the day (when the flowers didn't arrive in the morning) to ensure that the flowers would make it on time at all. I was continuously reassured that "they were going to make the delivery". Not only did the order not make it that morning (when I had ordered them to arrive) but they did not show up at all. After all of this, I was rudely answered when I told the florist that my order was too late. She asked "so what do you want me to do now?" and mentioned that I had told her 30 minutes too early for the closing time anyway (at this time it was already 4:10). Regardless, they were supposed to be delivered that morning and were supposed to be delivered at all. So, I asked for a refund. I would recommend this place if you are hoping to waste your day waiting for something you probably won't get. I have never given a review before but this experience impacted me enough that I had to let others know what they could be signing up for. read more

Worst customer service ever! I special ordered my flowers and the next morning (day of the event) everything was dead. They would not answer the phone or call me back and when I finally got in touch with someone they refused to reimburse me. Will not be using or even considering this "family owned friendly" business again. I ended up going to green oak the day of the event and I was able to re-purchase the flowers and found the staff to be very informative and friendly. read more

When I returned home recently, I found a flower arrangement from my son who sent it for Mother's Day from Greenbrook Flowers. When I brought it inside, I saw that the edges of the pink roses were already turning brown (I had only been gone about two hours). I emailed Greenbrook and then sent a pic and got a reply email indicating that they would stand behind their guarantee and replace the flowers. Eleven days later, and I'm still waiting for my replacement. I was very disappointed with these flowers. These just were not the quality that I have received in the past. read more

I recently ordered a fresh flower arrangement off Greenbrook's website to be delivered for a funeral in Jackson, MS. The "FTD Sweet Solace Bouquet" was pictured and described as a "divinely elegant" bouquet of "brilliant white roses and calla lilies"..."amongst lush greens". The online photo shows 6-7 roses and 6-7 calla lilies in a clear vase with large leaf greens. As the arrangement was going to a close family member and we wanted it to be special, I opted for an upcharge to the "better" bouquet version for $95. Imagine my surprise when we saw the arrangement at the funeral and it had only calla lilies, no roses at all, some skinny silver fern filler and a very large, very shinny silver bow. The arrangement as delivered looked nothing like the arrangement as presented on the website. I was very embarrassed that someone would think that I had ordered that bouquet for the funeral. I called Greenbrook on the way to the cemetery to express my concerns. The shop manager stated that he had not seen the arrangement before it went out, but he would give me a 10% discount off the price because I was not happy. I felt that was not satisfactory as over half the arrangement was missing. After additional discussion, he finally offered to refund 50% ("best he could do") of the actual cost of the arrangement (not including tax and delivery). I accepted the 50% credit but was not happy with the resolution. After I returned home, I read on the Greenbrook website that FTD arrangements are delivered satisfaction guaranteed or 100% refund. Evidently, I missed the full refund guarantee because I did not ask for it immediately. It was not offered to me by the manager. The takeaway from this experience is that I will assume more of a buyer beware attitude with out of town florists' and their websites. I will encourage recipients of my floral arrangements to email/message me a photo of the arrangement when it arrives so that I will know that what they received was what I ordered. And I won't use Greenbrook Flowers again. read more

The only reason I used Greenbrook Flowers is because their website promised they could deliver them on such short notice. I am really disappointed in the customer service as well, when I called to ask them what happened with my order, they treated me hostilely. I have never been so disappointed in a florist before. First of all, rather pricey but I thought that would reflect the quality of the flowers and staff. Second of all, The arrangement I ordered did not at all resemble the picture of the arrangement on their website. The picture showed over a dozen roses, (the name of the flowers is the FTD Sweet Surprises Bouquet). The arrangement received had but only 5 roses. All pink. Also, it was supposed to have white daisies, which did not exist what so ever in the arrangement received. The vase received was not even close to the one represented on the website and was supposed to be wrapped in their "perfectly pink designer ribbon". That also was left out. Lastly, even though their website said that they couldn't ensure a certain delivery time, I figured asking that they deliver prior to 11am on a Thursday would be a reasonable ask. Wrong. They decided to arrive around 11:30, forcing my girlfriend to have to come back to the office to get the flowers that were supposed to be a surprise. Terrible experience.
