Inspired to send my sweet Mamaw flowers from way out here on the left coast, I decided to try The Olive Branch based on nothing more than a leap of faith. Perfect choice! They worked with me to create a deliciously fragrant and brightly colored arrangement, which is seriously important due to my grandmother's limited vision. They were polite and efficient on the phone, and the payment process couldn't be easier. Here's the crazy part though - after agreeing to do something custom (which I know isn't incredibly hard for florists, but still, it takes some thought to whip up something nice), the delivery arrived at my grandmother's house in an HOUR. I have to commend The Olive Branch for standing by their floral work. Unfortunately, the first bouquet we ordered over the phone was quite disappointing and appeared somewhat thrown together. However, when we called and expressed our disappointment, DiDi was very helpful and professional in offering to fix or remake the arrangement the same day. The new arrangement was delivered within an hour and much more closely met our expectations. Although I wish the flowers I ordered for my mother's 80th birthday had been perfect from the start, I was grateful for their willingness to make things right. read more
