I would not recommend this store to anyone the owner has threatened insulted us passed the fault…read moreun to us me and a friend were traveling passing through clinton Mississippi he was wanting to surprise me he does things big he's the type to go in a restaurant get a coffee if the service makes him happy leaves a 20$ tip he ordered the flowers put under Special instructions our Room number Requested for them to be brought to the Room Paid a hefty tip The order was a 100 plus dollars We were at the Room the entire day There was no phone calls that came through our phone We were checking out 24 hours later from when the flowers were supposed to arrive He told me that he was doing something special for me but it just didn't come through I insisted that he 1st go talk to the manager of the hotel comfort in Clinton the owner had happened to be there was very interested in finding out the distress checked thoroughly His video cameras to make sure his employees had not taken our flowers Then he called the business to ask where the flowers were the girl at the flower shop said they had been delivered They were delivered to Room 409 and were signed The hotel owner told us there was no 409 Room We ask for refund for we had not received our flowers the girl said she could not do that that the owner would have to take care that we left message for her please call that we had not received our flowers she called talk to my friend that she was going to look into it we went on home to Baton rouge Just going to let this go he got a Request from the flower shop to leave a review was asked to leave a review he went on left the 100% truth accurately of what happened instead of the owner calling him back apologising making things right she called with threatening threats of how she was going to Sue him for slander The only negative he said was that we had not received our flowers or got refund nothing negative about nothing So I left a review on Facebook of how I was upset over this how the owner of the hotel had gone back on his records saw that there was no flowers as she tried to Say at the front desk We have phone records She stated later that she had tried to call us numerous times which was not trueThe owner said that the flowers were left at the front desk which the little girl were deliver to the Room 409 I wish I would have read the reveiw here 1st and saw the poor conduct of another customer pick another florist she has repeatedly came back at us with different stories if she would have taken that same energy of negatives on to positive of the CUSTOMER IS ALL WAYS RIGHT and tried to make this right what and who really wants a second set of flowers why would we want to travel with 2 sets of flowers she says bc of covid they are not to come up to the Room to deliver well when we left the delivery instruction on where to bring the flowers and paid a very nice tip u should have not taken the order we got plenty of waiter food up to us I think u will survive with ur mask on u should be OK the owner of this buisness is a very unprofessional person to continually coming back to us insulting our intelligence the hotel owner said she is not telling the truth my spoiled surprise says she's not telling the truth and her employer had a different story than her somebody's not telling the truth I would think a florist should be a positive buisness in the buisness of making there customers happy well if u order from dees flower shop u will not be happy for shame on this stink weed of a florist

They were so kind and patient with my requests and took care of everything by phone for my MIL's delivery. The flowers were delivered on Saturday (before Mother's Day) and my MIL was so thrilled to get them. Being new to the area, it was a joy for her to get a beautiful bouquet from us. This place is great. You walk in and are immediately hit with fragrant smells and a warm greeting. It's really one stop shopping, there is a LOT in this one place. Initially, I was just looking for something yellow. I don't know flowers and couldn't verbalize exactly WHAT I wanted so this super helpful lady (I missed everyone's name) took me all in the back, to the refrigerated area and then some. I mean, the customer service is top notch! She was so patient and just when we were finally getting somewhere I looked up and saw a duck container. These have significant meaning for my mom and the game plan completely changed. She then had the idea of just buying a small plant and putting it in the duck. The others in the store were so nice and giving my tips and tidbits. The man who rung me up also happened to have lived in Arizona so we chit chatted about AZ things. Just a really chill vibe but that's what you get at local spots vs big chains. The service alone is the reason I will be a repeat customer!
