What a SCAM!!! I…read morehave never even been to Delaware but somehow got a collections letter from the Delaware DOT ? My car was actually in California at the time of the "trip" reported. I called the Florida DMV (state of registration) and they had no violations on my record, called the DMV for Delaware and I'm not even in their system, they forwarded me to EZ pass (toll system) to be sure and I'm not in their system either. I don't know how they got my information. Anyone else scammed I suggest report them to the better business bureau and the Texas Office of Attorney General.

The letter they sent was threatening letter which also lied about the citation price. The citation was $40 and they wanted $60. I decided to check the county clerk citation website and I was able to pay the original ticket cost. If you receive a letter for them regarding a parking ticket make sure to check your countys website first. Chances are that you can pay the ticket without outragous fees or that your ticket has already been dismissed.

That said, we had a very good experience with Bill and the team. Both we and my elderly in-laws came in for estate plans. A personalized welcome sign greeted us in the lobby. It's clear that Bill and crew have done this many, many times, as Bill's spiels are clearly practiced and answer so many first-timer questions up front. Bill and his team members are all very patient and responsive to questions. Bill offered good alternatives for our particular situations. I appreciate that the firm is tied into a network of estate planners to help them stay abreast of changes to law. I also appreciated the choice between three levels of estate planning, and Bill's honesty in recommending a lower (and less expensive) level that would meet our needs.
