Great experience, all things considered (nobody actually enjoys getting an endoscopy). The staff were all top-notch, professional and friendly. My doctor (Dr. Rajah Din) especially had excellent bedside manner; exceptionally compassionate and informative. My only problem was the billing. I got a bill from loddy doddy and everybody. Anthesis, facility, Dr. Din ( his office continues to harrass me about $13...Of which I have paid more than once. In fact the Endoscopy Center owes me a large refund. They muscled me out of over $1,300 the day of my procedure. What was I gona do...already cleaned out and ready to go. My insurance paid again. ....now it has been weeks and still no refund.....just someone will be in touch with you soon. read more

Obviously something like this is no one's favorite thing to do...but the staff at Greenbelt Endoscopy made the experience better then expected. From the woman at the front desk who was extremely sweet (and definitely overworked!) to the woman who took my medical information. I can't remember her name but she was the sweetest and made me laugh multiple times. The male (Bryon) who took me back to the procedure room talked to me and made me feel so much better. The technician Gloria had the best bedside manner. And the anesthesiologist Dr T talked me through the whole process and came to check on me after. read more

The staff was friendly and very professional., which included the doctor from Bowie Internal Medicine. I was pleased with services rendered even though it was a small area for prep and they asked you the same thing over and over. My "BIGGEST" problem is that I have been waiting over a month for a detailed bill so I can be reimburse. I had to pay close to $1000 dollars on the day of and understand since my deductible had not been met. I have FSA that I can be reimbursed. Get this procedure 2/2/2023 and of today 3/7/2023 no itemized bill. Really. It doesnt take that long to process a service. They were quick up front to tell me that I had to pay the day of or no procedure. So very disappointed in them. Leave messages and not returns. Looking for who owns this center now. read more

My partner had a procedure done here last year and that experience was also fine from the "driver's side". Some minor inconveniences that I find insignificant but may be useful to know ahead of time: The prep area seemed just a bit dated and cramped. To go from the initial intake waiting room to that secondary waiting room and prep area requires a brief walk/jaunt outdoors. The prep and recovery areas are chilly so if you get cold easily, you might want to ask for a second blanket up front (I was fine with just one). My procedure began about an hour later than scheduled, but in my experience that's normal for any procedure which isn't scheduled for first thing in the morning. No real complaints! read more

Allow patients to get 2 heated blankets in the recovery room. One is not enough. It's cold there. Other such centers allow patients 2 or even 3 heated blankets. Don't seat patients so they can hear other patients medical history. I overheard another patient describe her entire medical history complete with cancer surgery. She also gave her phone number. Where's the privacy we should be guaranteed? There were only 2 patients there at that time. Why not seat the other patient on the opposite side of the room. Laminate a sheet of copy paper, punch a hole in it and use it as a key ring. That way staff members won't accidentally take it home, leaving office staff looking for the key to secure patients belongings. I was so pleasantly surprised by how friendly, polite and cheerful all the people working at GB Endo Center were. So early in the morning on a Monday, the staff members were bright, eager and well-skilled. What's more, they all seemed to get along and were friendly and polite to each other. The anesthesiologist was jovial and Dr. Mosteghim was very attentive and reassuring. I highly recommend this clinic. read more

The staff was friendly and professional but that's where it ends. Checking in at one location then going next door to begin the process. The prep room was small and as someone else mentioned, no privacy. The triage person came in to ask me questions that I had already answered twice, once on the paperwork that they gave me when I had my initial Dr. visit, then when I arrived at the check in center and third in the triage which was verbal. She was loud and I mentioned to her ref. HIPPA laws. She assured me that no one was paying attention not even the creepy guy sitting across the room. She then toned it down. I was asked about 3 times, my name, DOB and why I was there. Why not just put it on the wristband which they read several times. Afterwards, the Dr. did not come to see me and a person working there asked if I was ready to leave. I told her I was waiting on the Dr. He sent her back with a message for me which I found disturbing. read more

Had two previous colonoscopies in other far more expensive places, and yet none were good as my third one at Greenbelt Endoscopy Center today. The whole team is highly professional and caring. Dr. Radman Mostaghim is an outstanding doctor. It's worth the wait to have the procedure done by him. Thank you Greenbelt team you guys make a tremendous and very important service to the community while not overcharging for it. Vivian was very rude with me and my dad when asked after waiting 1hr inside with the drip on, How long more... it took us 1.5hrs to get to the procedure with was only 24-min long. Once done and waiting for anesthesia to wear off, they were rushing us out even thow patient could not walk yet.. they say max we keep you is 30-min.. then you need to vacate the bed for others. I went to this Center to have a procedure yesterday. The entire staff in every area was so welcoming, polite and caring. They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Shah and his medical staff made feel so relaxed before the procedure. The procedure went well. I had no problems. This an OUTSTANDING Endoscopy Center. For those patients who like the pleasure of being thrown under the bus, the staff leaves you unattended, they roll their eyes, and speak to you in a sharp manner then Greenbelt Endoscopy Center is for you. If you feel like going there is not a waste of your precious time while the staff I must say is rude, selfish and unconcern, YOU'RE at the right place. Let me be clearer. The majority of the staff located in the back when you're about to get ready for being prep. OMG! If you want to be the Joke of the Day step right on in Allow me to move on...For those patients looking for kindness, respect, empathy, and great bed side manners on this side of the river then Greenbelt Endoscopy Center is not for you. This center is awesome and the way it's run and the pleasantry of the doctors and staff put's your mind at ease considering the reason for your visit. When I tell you this place is organized I mean it is organized you have no wait time from the time you enter this place until you are walking out of the door. There is no evidence there that makes you think that anyone there hate their job. Everyone including Dr. Rattan is there with you the entire time as well even before the procedure which shows me a level of care and concern about each patient. I recently underwent a colonoscopy and an endoscopy at the Greenbelt Endoscopy Center and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The doctors are top-notch -- as is the staff of nurses and anesthesiologists. Obviously, these are not particularly fun procedures, but everyone at Greenbelt does their part to make the experience as pleasant as possible. read more
