After reviewing the quotes and meeting with each company, it was very clear that Megna was the best choice. First, Mike Megna met with us personally and provided some excellent suggestions to bring value to the project without pushing the cost upward. Second, Megna clearly outlined the scope of work, what is included and what is not. They included more scope than the other companies and their quote was one of the two lowest in cost. There was no aggressive sales push, just a request to let them know if we have any questions. As the project start date approached Mike Megna met with us personally to provide guidance in color and materials selections. He gently challenged us on some color choices which, in retrospect, made the project so much better than it would have been without his input. He also provided us a clear understanding of what to expect during the project, and started the project as scheduled/promised. Megna's crew was exceptional! They were super friendly and did an excellent job of prepping for the actual painting. They masked areas not receiving paint (stone facace/windows/etc) very well and made extra efforts to protect our other property in the vicinity. Mike Megna stopped by often to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with how things were going. The project turned out beautifully! The painters did excellent work that exceeded our expectations. They left the site spotless and were very focused on their attention to detail. They were always on time and the crew was very friendly and respectful of my house and my pets. I was having problems with another one of the contractors and Mike went out of his way to accommodate us with unexpected timing issues and in fact spent some time trying to trying to help me fix an issue that one of the other contractors had created. On July 29, 2024 I went to clear leaves from the gutters and noticed there were two T-bar screws missing that hold the rubber in place. This is the spot where water had previously leaked into the porch and the whole reason for getting the rubber roof. I notified Matt, who took a week to respond only because I asked again if he got my message. He asked if I coùd go get a couple of screws and do it myself because he is very busy and it would take him 45 min. to come here to do it. My husband was diagnosed with cancer right after that and I told Matt on 9/3 that he would have to come back to finish the job. I have not heard anything back from him and it is now 9/11/24. DO NOT hire if you want any warranty on the workmanship or prefer any sort of communication.

We were scheduled for last Friday and Ryan called to say he couldn't get a large enough crew to take down the seven large Pines in one day. He said he would try for the next Friday and let me know. I called a told him it was OK if he didn't get it done in one day. He could leave some equipment here is needed. Ryan called the next Thursday to say they would be out Friday at 9:00 am. They arrived right about nine and met with us to make sure the job was done the way we wanted and to respect our yard. They were very careful. The teamwork and precision of this crew was amazing. They were done by 12:30 and even helped me mulch the dead Apple trees in had cut, and ground the stumps even though they weren't in the bid. They then impressed me as they meticulously cleaned up our yard, and then went to the neighbor's yard to clean up anything that blew over the fence.
