Wen I picked up the truck it was clean inside and out but I did notice a black streak on the passenger side door and dry solution on the passenger window. I called Washzone and thanked them for the detail but pointed out the issues on the passenger side. The owner apologized and asked me to bring it back so he could take a look and get it cleaned. He also provided me with a handsome amount on a gift card to get my car washed in the future. He expressed his appreciation for me being a customer and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of ensuring I was a happy customer!!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this body shop! I drive 3 1/2 hours to do business…read morewith these people. They're always attentive and thorough with their work. if I have ever run into any issues with work done by other body shops (caliber collision.. 2years back n forth.. wouldn't recommend), they (nextgen) thoroughly corrected the issues in record time (about a day and a half tops). If any issues arose with Insurance companies about trying to not use the correct OEM parts and try to use subpar aftermarket ones instead, the shop goes all in on your behalf. To be clear, my 2019 charger has hit 3 different deer causing front end damage, also had the front end damaged by 3 different drivers negligence hitting my front end with their various vehicles. I just took this picture today.. the car still looks brand new because of Next Generation's high quality of work. Jennifer has ALWAYS been very quick to alert me to issues with parts sent to them that they deemed to be defective or subpar in any way, and quickly sent them back to be replaced by higher quality manufacturing. I appreciate their level of transparency with the process, as well as the girls in the front and their open lines of communication and insight into great finds on better manufactured parts for customizing my dodge charger. I absolutely mean it! I'm not someone that typically leaves stellar reviews (or any reviews for that matter) about businesses, but I have returned to Next Generation for repairs at least a half dozen times because of their high level of consistency, quality, work ethic, and professionalism. Also if their is any issue with parts fitment, they're quick to address and make certain that the car is in as outstanding condition as possible. Again, my 2019 dodge charger seems to be a magnet for front end damage and still looks fresh off the assembly line or better because of Next Generation. THANK YOU Jennifer, Taylor, and all of the staff and technicians at Next Generation Autobody of Culpeper, Va. I apologize if i didn't name drop more, but I'm not the best at remembering names. Remember at least 6 front end collisions and hit n runs (one of which being $10,000+ of damage from a deer) and my car looks and drives like new . PICTURE JUST TAKEN TODAY. NEXT GENERATION GETS THE CALL EVERY TIME I NEED BODY WORK DONE! NO BS.

They didn't have the proper cleaning supplies the staff needed to actually deliver a full service. You could tell everyone was rushing because it was getting busy, and the workers looked pretty inexperienced. One of them was openly complaining. I didn't see a manager anywhere--if there was one, they weren't managing. Customers were also struggling with the kiosk and figuring out how to line their cars up on the ramp and place the tires correctly. The employee working the entrance couldn't communicate clearly or get cars into the right position and had to pull another worker over to help. It's a Saturday, so of course it's packed--that's when everyone wants their car washed. This place just wasn't managed properly and didn't have the supplies needed for the full service they advertise. If you don't equip your employees, you shouldn't be offering it. Two out of five stars.
