As of today it has been 5 days since i wrote the review (the owner has since returned from his…read morevacation - a week ago) about this company that sold me 2 computers that have not performed as they told me both affecting me and people that depend on me. The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. I would give them a no star rating because they deserve it! AFTER MANY MANY TRIPS TO THE OFFICE IN STANTON I am still a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH NO SOLUTION. I guess my next step is the Better business bureau and visit the local chamber to take the next step in this utter disaster!!! LOOK for another solution the discounted prices are NO BARGAIN BEWARE!

I had a great experience start to finish. Did an online thing where I added photos of my trailer…read moreand typed what I wanted and submitted it. The next morning I had a lady named Colleen call me about my project. She asked a couple basic questions and I had a quote that day. I brought the trailer up to be measured properly so they could work up my design. A couple days later they sent me photos of my trailer they took while measuring, with the logos and lettering put on so that I could get an idea of what it would look like. Colleen helped me select a font I was happy with, I dropped the trailer off and they had it done in a couple hours. The quoted price never changed and the quality was impressive. It looks like the installer removed every single bolt where the graphics were going and reinstalled, I was probably most impressed he took the time to do that instead of going over top like most companies. You're talking about probably 50 bolts. There's not a bubble anywhere and the quality of the graphics didn't suffer being blown up to 4 feet. The people I dealt with through the process were helpful friendly and easy to work with. Will be returning for more work for my business when I need it.
