Craig and his crew assessed the situation, scoped it out, prepped and protected the area before digging up a section of our side yard, explained and updated us frequently, took photos of their progress and drew sketches to further explain the issues, used multiple augers to break through a tricky jam, replaced old piping, added a much needed clean out, and then backfilled and did a thorough tidy up of the area. Craig & his crew were positive, polite, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working and a pleasure to have on site. The large team of painters came equipped, ready to paint the entire exterior in one day, beginning at 8:30am (prompt!) and finishing around 5:30pm. The owner came on the day to greet us and instruct his team (of 5-6 painters) on the colours. He returned in the middle of the day to check on the progress. They were professional and thorough, taping/using parchment and drop cloths to protect the grounds and walls from paint. They cleaned everything up upon completion. I highly recommend ProPainters.
