(60$) I kept up w the service because the quality was often good. Today if was terrible. The lawn guy Dee took his time with the front, and rushed through the back. There were patches of grass mulch everywhere and pushed up against the house. Edges not trimmed, weeds neglected from obvious areas of growth ( along the fence, behind the a/c units) When I tried to point out that I was not pleased and asked him to come back he made excuses, told me he wasn't going to fix it, showed me a flyer of a company that could fix my weeds, and basically let me know I had to deal with the horrible backyard. I paid half the rate since he really only did half the yard.. I told him to remove me from the route and no longer needed his services, his reply is "sounds good to me" Long story short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The professionalism is not there. This guy knows that his work was deplorable today, yet instead of apologizing and trying to come fix the issue he chose to get offended and then offend me the customer who once had customer loyalty. Ghetto.

I was able to set up an appointment and the very next day, the Perfect Leaf Team were here (so prompt, they were 15 minutes early) to assess and give feedback on my lawn. The owner, Mr. Mick, took time to explicitly and passionately explain in detail what my lawn would require and the pertinence of how a beautiful or neglected lawn effects the value of home. It was very obvious that he takes extreme pride in what he does. He assured me I would be amazed at their work when completed. True to his word, Perfect Leaf exceeded my expectations. Hands down, I have the prettiest yard in the neighborhood! Many of my neighbors have stopped by and complimented and inquired about my lawn. As a result, Perfect Leaf signs are popping up in my neighborhood everywhere! If you are looking for exceptional quality, grade A work...don't look any further, these people are top notch and what I would consider one of the lawn industry's best kept secrets! Kudos to the whole Perfect Leaf Team!!!

Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. In early 2023 we started noticing a proliferation of broadleaf and brought it to the attention of Artscape by speaking with Michelle on May 3, 2023. She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. Along with my complaint, I did email them copies of pictures from April 2023 up until June 27, 2023 showing the problem with the broadleaf still existed. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email. This is evidence of a business not caring about it's customers as far as I'm concerned.
