History

Established in 2013.

We are a small close team who are; offering a 'personal' childcare experience; striving to always offer the best environment, nurture, and place to have fun whilst learning new things. Healthy Early Years is at the heart of what we do at Green Shoots. Homemade hot lunches made on site by our cook Jo and whole team eating together. Active play and access to our lovely outdoor area. Regular outings to the local parks and surrounding areas. Weekly visits to our local care home, enjoying songs and games with our elderly friends.

Green Shoots is about offering flexible and supportive childcare to parents. My needs at the time of starting the business included managing my 5yr old in his first year of school and a 10month old baby. I could not return to my previous role working 5 days a week all year round. Green Shoots provides parents and staff members with working hours that link to school hours and term time only provision.
