The staff are fantastic, professional, down to earth, friendly, welcoming.. my son loves his teacher. The headteacher is warm and friendly, very chatty, always keen to chat to parents and get involved. I am very proud to say that my son attends this school.

However, once inside the nursery is very pleasant and friendly. The nursery caters for children from roughly 2months to upwards of 3 years. There are plenty of staff and nursery assistants (unqualified) to children which mean that every child is looked after well. Lunch, snacks (fruit) and dinner are provided to the children which is of a reasonably high standard. Facility wise, the centre has a nice little outside space with a good range of toys. Inside, the large room is divided up into two so that the young ones are separated from the older ones. There is a good structure to the day which encourages the children to get used to routine for school. The nursery is positioned roughly 20 minute walk from Fishponds, therefore private transport would probably be required if using this nursery. In general, a good, well structured nursery but location is a bit too remote for those using public transport.

Not a bad school, this rather historic large school building has been a school premises for well…read moreover a century now. The original 'Boys' and 'Girls' separate entrance signs can still be seen carved into the stonework to this day. The school has been through several periods of general improvement and is a generic all-fath primary school catering for children from reception class to Year Four. With good playground areas both at the front and rear, secure premises and large Victorian classrooms, the school now boasts a school-meals facility (only renewed after many years). For a handy local school with a solid history and hard-working and caring staff it's a good choice. My own offspirng went here for a few years and progressed well.

This is a fantastic primary school, my daughter goes here and loves every minuit of it. It is is…read morechurch of England school so they have strong ties to the village church, with regular services. The school holds about 120 puplies and is split over 6 classrooms. Each classroom has a door leading directly onto the playground. There is a hard standing play ground with a wonderful gazebo and fish pond (fenced off). There is also a large grassy area with a fitness trail. The reception children has their own fenced in play area that they can access when ever they like. This has some wonderful toys for them to play with. All the teachers are great and the whole school has a lovely feeling. Technically they are well set up with white boards, laptops etc. Both my daughters have been happy here.

Very happy with this school. Compared to the last school my daughter was in, this one is miles…read morebetter. The teachers are understanding and their non bullying policy is great. My daughter has learnt at a much more rapid rate over the past 4 months and they have regular activities and such.
