They weren't just doing something to me as some dental outfits do. I was included in my plan of care. They worked with my mindset and goals. Let's talk insurance. This office is on it! I was floored with the upfront plan of care cost itemization. There knowledge of insurance provider parameters and active pursuit to maximize my benefits was awesome. I was always stressed with the unknown, wait-and-see cost assessment I received at other dental offices. I am able to plan ahead and budget which is so helpful. As soon as forms were completed, I was taken from waiting room to treatment room by my hygienist, Laura. The facility is ascetically pleasing - both the waiting/reception area and the treatment area. The infection control procedures were strictly adhered to. (Patients notice, or at least I do.) Also, patient's B/P is assessed at each visit, pet best practices. Not all dental providers follow best practices, but Reliant Dental does! I was pleased with the efficiency of the visit and the technology utilized at this dental practice. Dr. Chris Meunier is a personable guy and explained what needed to be explained. My questions were fully answered. I feel comfortable and confident that I've found my new dentist / dental practice here in Evansville. Unfortunately I have a little cavity that needs filling, but as a consumer, I appreciate that the estimate - making clear my out of pocket portion - was provided in writing. No pressure tactics at all. I wish this level of transparency would become the standard for all health services, not just dental. At least Dr. Meunier's practice maintains transparency - much appreciated by this healthcare consumer.

The results were terrible and later confirmed by another dentist to be improperly performed. When I told Franklin street dentistry about the issue, I was met with nothing but problems. Admin staff was entirely neglectful with callbacks, scheduling, and sending the paperwork I needed (still waiting, months later). The "doctor" (if you can call him that), lied, messed up details, then basically just tried to say everything he did was fine. Then, after waiting a few weeks, when it was just a couple hrs before my appointment, they had Maria the office manager call to say they were dropping me as a patient. This appears to be because they don't stand behind their work. I had to pay thousands more since Franklin street ran up the bill and insurance doesn't like paying for the same things twice in a short period. All in all, this place completely worked me over. I would advise everyone to stay away as much as possible. This place cost me thousands and left me in extreme pain. Their attitude and unwillingness to provide proper care are truly disgusting. Again DO NOT GO HERE, unless you like throwing away money to practitioners who do not seem to care at all.

I have yet to do any cosmetic procedures but I have one that I will be setting up soon and will definitely give a review on the outcome. Dr. Adam is also training in sleep study! Despite taking care of my teeth regularly, I hadn't seen a dentist since moving back to the area in 2018 due to lack of dental insurance. The practice didn't have any of my dental history, so it only made sense that that they would need to do full x-rays, which was really thorough using quite advanced technology. The x-rays even appeared on a TV screen during my cleaning for assessment by an amazing dental hygienist, Brittany, who performed my cleaning on the level of a spa treatment (it seriously felt amazing). I then met the wonderful Dr. Jessica Brown who reviewed the cleaning as well as my x-rays and asked me some questions about whether my gum recession caused me any issues (80's child scrubber here) and even empathized that she deals with the same issue and recommended Sensodyne if it ever gives me a problem. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and the conversation was fun and enjoyable. For full x-rays and a cleaning my dentist submitted a $252 claim to my insurance which covered everything except for $100; this was expected based on the provider being out-of-network and doing my research before my visit. I chose this place due to its close proximity to where I live and the positive word-of-mouth reviews from other Evansville residents, and I couldn't be happier. Don't believe the haters, this place is amazing with even more advanced technology than my previous dentist in Washington, DC. It's like spa day for your mouth, you won't regret it.
