Cannot preform root canals! The odds of having one of his root canal teeth needing to be removed later, is good. Very Sad.

The reception area I found to be comfortable and soothing. As soon as forms were completed, I was taken from waiting room to treatment room by my hygienist, Laura. The facility is ascetically pleasing - both the waiting/reception area and the treatment area. The environment appeared appropriately hygienic and tidy. All of the technicians or hygienists wore matching uniforms of cheery pink scrub pants and white smock. The infection control procedures were strictly adhered to. (Patients notice, or at least I do.) Also, patient's B/P is assessed at each visit, pet best practices. Not all dental providers follow best practices, but Reliant Dental does! I was pleased with the efficiency of the visit and the technology utilized at this dental practice. Dr. Chris Meunier is a personable guy and explained what needed to be explained. My questions were fully answered. I feel comfortable and confident that I've found my new dentist / dental practice here in Evansville. Unfortunately I have a little cavity that needs filling, but as a consumer, I appreciate that the estimate - making clear my out of pocket portion - was provided in writing. No pressure tactics at all. I wish this level of transparency would become the standard for all health services, not just dental. At least Dr. Meunier's practice maintains transparency - much appreciated by this healthcare consumer.

Great location, awesome friendly staff, great dental skills I never leave feeling like someone punched me in the mouth and believe me I've had dentists who don't seem to be able to work on you without causing lots of pain. I wish I would have started coming here a lot sooner.

I have been to dentists that will be excessive with their treatment plans. He looks for he best way to preserve your teeth without compromising your health. I have VERY sensitive teeth. Dr. Adam was very gentle and eased any anxiety I had. He is not in the profession solely for compensation. He really cares about the integrity of his work and personal character. He is nonjudgmental and unbiased. Serving patients from all walks of life. His bed side manner is perfect for children as well. Before I solely wanted my children to see a Pediatric dentist. Now I have all of my children as patients at his office. Did I mention I have 5 kids and their office came up with an efficient schedule to see all of them without multiple appointments. I have yet to do any cosmetic procedures but I have one that I will be setting up soon and will definitely give a review on the outcome. Dr. Adam is also training in sleep study! At my visit he was asking me questions regarding my energy level. How tired I feel constantly and feel as though I never fully went to sleep. I'm eager to learn more about this process. I was impressed with his knowledge and versatility. It was like he knew when I sat down what was going on. It is so hard to find health professionals that really care about their patients. Dr. Adam takes the time to get to know his patients. He treats you like a person! My husband works a third shift job requires a certain schedule. The office was able to accommodate his schedule. Once my husband arrived he was checked in and seen immediately. No waiting! My husband and I are pleased with our decision to switch. I cannot recommend Dr. Adam Hubert enough for the whole family.

My experience started off well. The staff was kind, the hygienist did a good job with my cleaning, and Dr. Jenkins was pleasant during my visits. The office itself could use some updating, but that wasn't a deciding factor for me. A tooth that was diagnosed as having a cavity was filled, but a few months later it began causing pain. When I returned, Dr. Jenkins recommended extraction. Because the tooth is in my smile line, I asked about the option of a root canal instead. During that discussion, cost was mentioned, and I made it clear I was willing to pay cash if insurance was an issue. Unfortunately, after that point, communication stopped. I attempted to call, email, and text the office multiple times and never received a response. I also stopped getting follow-ups regarding cleanings. It felt as though once my annual insurance benefits had been exhausted, I was no longer being treated as an active patient. I sought a second opinion from an oral surgeon, who informed me that the tooth does NOT need to be extracted or even need a root canal. The sensitivity I was experiencing was caused by a poorly done filling. This completely healthy tooth in my smile line would have been unnecessarily removed if I had followed Dr. Jenkins's recommendation. I'm now transferring to a new dentist and dealing with additional issues, including being charged an illegal $40 fee to transfer my digital x-rays (HIPAA regulations only allow reasonable, cost-based fees for medical records transfers). I want to be clear that the staff was kind, and I don't believe there was intentional malice. However, the combination of what appears to be a misdiagnosis that could have resulted in an unnecessary extraction, the complete lack of follow-up communication, and questionable billing practices has made it impossible for me to continue as a patient. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work at this practice.

I had an infection, and she knew I was flying and called me after the appointment concerned about the pain I would feel in the airplane. We made the decision to pull the tooth (I originally had made another choice but changed my mind after she called). They actually got me back in the same day and did it. Dr Jenkins was thorough and caring. Then when I had my knee replacement a few months later, the office sent me a get well soon card, which was greatly appreciated. No one likes going to the dentists office, it is never fun. But I appreciate Dr Jenkins for being up front with me during an emotional time. And I appreciate her staff being so kind. I will be back.
