I had a consult with Shelly and she recommended we dissolve the filler and start from scratch. She is so knowledgeable and I'm really happy to start new with her! The same day, I had my first Kybella treatment under my neck (about 20 needle pokes). So many needle pricks that day, I usually get really nervous with procedures but Shelly kept me calm and most importantly she numbed EVERYTHING before injecting the lip dissolving acid and Kybella on my neck. I was not in pain vs. the surgeon down the street in Longmeadow who did not even give me numbing cream before my lip filler. Shelly mentioned this is standard in her procedure and that alone should be a reason to book an appointment with her. I'm looking forward to coming back next week for filler that looks natural again!
