They made several appointments to install the manual blinds and showed up with either the wrong equipment or the wrong parts and it was just kind of a mess. There were two or three appointments where they weren't able to finish the work and we told them just to forget about it. We were frustrated about making time to meet them more than once and them not being able to finish the job. The shades are very nice, the people we dealt with were lovely, but the experience was not great. The most frustrating part was after we paid a very high price for all of this work and the blinds the next day they sent us a coupon for 25% off for us to pass to a friend. We didn't know that a 25% discount was an option and felt taken. That's not cool.

Ayracon, I understand that while on a weekend trip home from college, Green Light Window Films was to have installed window film on your 92' Mercury. I would be upset too had I driven so far without the installation being preformed. However, the facts of this situation that you failed to mention is that your car had weeks of 'baked on bird poop' that could not be scraped off. The operations manager was going to take your car to a drive thru wash (at no expense to you) but realized your antenna was taped-on and would not want to take responsibility for replacing an already defective item. Your mother was also upset that her sons car was not complete. However, when your mom saw the condition of your car your mother didn't say anything more to my staff members about the incomplete installation. My staff attempted to speak with you after you initially left the vehicle but due to a language barrier, the phone number on file was not the correct contact number for my staff to communicate with you. I truly regret that your experience with Green Light Window Films was a disappointment. I also regret that out of approximately 600 customers served this year that you are the first dissatisfied customer which I am aware. Special arrangements have already been offered to you for GLWF to rectify the issue. My staff and I look forward to making you a satisfied customer. I now have hired another company to do the job where they failed, and I will now need to file a court case against this company, I even gave them a chance to make it right, had my attorney write a letter to them last month, now attorney has called several times only to be finally told they were not coming back to honor their warranty.
