Bruce's quote came in the lowest, but he main need was needing a job done right. Bruce's history and background in window treatments really sold us on him. We did have a moment of hesitation, because he does everything solo, but he was so down to earth and knowledgeable, that our instincts said to go with him. It was quite a job for someone to do 24 vertical blinds in one day. He came precisely when he said he would and was done 6 or less hours later! No mess was left and everything thing was PERFECT!! We highly recommend him!!

Last year I purchased some really awesome roll up blinds for our screened in porch. They allow…read moreplenty of light in and provide a lot of privacy at the same time. We just had windows installed so we could utilize the porch during the winter months. The contractor assured us that he would be able to reinstall the blinds, but with the windows and the trim taking up the space where the shades were previously recessed, his crew could not figure out how to resolve the problem. He had an obligation to reinstall the blinds, so I suggested that we have Budget blinds reinstall and bill him. He agreed and I made contact with Craig at Budget blinds. I can't say enough about how accommodating and quick to respond they were. Their installer Tim was out the next day and accessed the situation and re hung all of the blinds with the exception of one which he took back to have recut to fit where the two corner windows fit. I just got a call from Craig that the blind is ready for when its convenient for me to have reinstalled....that's refreshing after all I've been through with the window contractor. Thanks Budget Blinds for stepping in and saving the day. Highly recommend and customer for life.

One Stop did a very nice job on the shades they installed. But I've had big issues with the custom…read moredrapes. The ones they made for one bedroom were unbelievably wrinkled and the guy who installed them said as they hang the wrinkles would come out. They never did. The worst job were the drapes for the master bedroom. They didn't come with those handles you use to open and close them so naturally from grabbing hold of them the seam of one of the panels came out at least halfway down the panel and the thread is just hanging there. He used the smallest drapery hooks possible for the heavy drapes and they're constantly coming loose from the rings. I now have drapes just hanging halfway on unless I constantly get a step ladder and re-hook them but they'll come undone the next time I open and close them. He also assured me they would keep the morning sun out and they don't, even when I've re-hung them. I am looking for a better place to get those replaced. The only reason I gave them two stars is I do enjoy the remote control blinds in the sunroom. From my experience I wouldn't recommend them.

Her eye for color to help match the walls, trim and floors was awesome! We are loving our new shades and blinds and have had so many compliments. I think our favorite are the motorized shades. Our granddaughter loves when the "magic" happens when grandpa raises or lowers them with the remote. Also love our solar honeycomb shades that raise up and down for our sunroom. And, the blinds on all the bedrooms are so nice too that literally just use a button to raise and lower. They are very safe for our grandkids. Completely satisfied with the products, installation and price too! Jenn was very conscious of helping us stay within our budget especially since we had just bought a brand new house. When the blinds came after 6 weeks, one of the two had a defect in them. When I called the store, Trudy told me it would be a week before the replacement would come. Don't be fooled by the name "budget". These are expensive products and not worth the aggravation at all.
