My usually guys are really backed up so I called premier as an alternative. Premier has worked on 4 houses of mine in the last 6 months. Communication with this company is horrible and "the customer is right" doesn't imply with premier. I have a commercial building in Oak Grove that I'm still waiting on a roof replacement bid. I've reached out to them 4 different times with 4 no call no shows. I recently had their Gutter install walk off the job claiming I needed to have facia replace before he could put on the gutters. Then told premier I canceled not the other way around. Ever other gutter company I've worked with would have replaced the damage and finished the job same day. I'm holding I get my money back. Yes... with premier you have to put half down before they show up. Not the case with most companies. My experience with this company is been really shaky. Tyson is a really nice guy that just doesn't follow though with his promises. Even for a customer that has paid for 62 gutter jobs in the last 5 years. I could only imagine what they would be like for just a "fix my house, my only house" type of customer.

I called them in April to replace some shingles and shutters due to hail damage. Ben came out,…read moresurveyed the damage and provided a quote very quickly. They decided to wait and repair everything at one time when the new shutters came in. There were some ordering issues with the shutters so the job was delayed to the point I was discouraged and decided to move on to another company. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Ben agreed to come out and replace the missing shingles a few days later. I was very concerned with the lack of communication, but really wanted the roof repaired. Updated: Here we are almost 2 months later. My old shutters were removed by Ben so he could take them into the shop and have the correct size ordered. I haven't heard back from them, so I will look at ordering some new shutters from someone else. My roof also leaked from the storm we had on the 4th of July weekend. It could be from new damage, although the storm wasn't very strong. It could also be water damage from leakage when it took over a month to get a few shingles replaced or from shoddy replacement. Regardless, I am going to seek out a professional roofing company to make the new repairs.

The M&M crew were polite, approachable, respectful of our property, and hard working. They went out of their way to pay attention to details and be respectful of our property. They never made a mess and were careful to place all materials in a neat manner and out of the way during the day when working and at night. We also appreciate the timeframe in which they operated. The walkaround and estimate were performed within a reasonable time period and, most importantly, the job was started on time and not done piecemeal with days off between crew visits. Chanze and his team focused on completing the job within consecutive days until it was completed to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. Based upon M&M's professional workmanship in all aspects from the initial work put in to get us an estimate, to the final cleanup by the painters, my husband and I have been more than satisfied. We would be only too happy to recommend M&M Painting to any of our friends.

Unfortunately, the story of too many painting/lawn/repair companies in our capitalistic…read moresociety...the owner who is taking the largest chunk of the profit is not that involved. The worker bees are probably paid minimum wage for working their tails off, so it shows in the quality (or lack there of) in their workmanship, since they don't know what the customer is being charged. I get it, the faster you go, the higher the profit, so you hope the customer doesn't bother to take the time to take a good look. But the lack of attention to detail and prep leaves me with the following advice: "if the price is right and you are about to sell your house, sure, risk it. BUT, if you plan to stay in your house and don't want to have to paint for a number of years, don't use them." I'm new to the Midwest, where painted Stucco front and wood panel sides/back of homes is common. I've watched as other houses in the neighborhood have been painted; there is typically a day I see the house dotted and lined with caulk, and then it is painted the next day. The fact the prep and painting ALL happened in a single day while I was at work leaves me thinking the lack of prep is where time was saved, which I would argue is more important than the actual painting. Simply put, I would not recommend. Earning a profit seems more important than earning a respectable reputation. I prefer a company who just does it right from the beginning, rather than me having to waste my time making a list of touch ups needed. We also discovered that they broke 2 of our sprinkler heads by driving over them.

The things homeowners worry most about...fair price, quality, experience, timeliness, trustworthiness, follow-thru...all of it... they are THE BEST of the BEST! I know this sounds contrived or like I work for them. I promise I do not. However, since having had them work on our entire house remodel (of a 1907 home), we consider them friends. We would never use anyone else...or anyone for anything construction related, without first getting their input. We TRUST them fully. Their integrity is not to be matched. Working with them is like working with the level of honesty, respect and concern you might expect in the fifties... literally...they are so humble, so authentic, so talented... it does not get any better. I have been around the building industry for many years...my ex was a top builder in KC and my family owns sub-contractor companies. I had never had to think about hiring a contractor as I always had that covered. It was pretty intimidating when I first started looking. Finally, I just picked one... because they said they worked on old houses. Well, if you are now in the same spot as I was... look no further. The only complaint...and it's not a complaint...was that I found tile MUCH cheaper than the source they wanted me to use. That's it! Out of an extensive (new electric, plumbing, drywall, new kitchen, bathrooms PLUS MORE) whole house remodel... a tile price was the ONLY thing I can say was off a bit. Several of my neighbors in our historic neighborhood have used AC on our referral and after seeing the award winning remodel they did for us. Each of them has been thrilled with the results. In fact, one has even had them back for more remodeling! Finally, this review is more for you, the consumer looking for a general contractor than it is for AC. They were busy long before I came along but have been REALLY busy since doing our house. I know they would love to have your work...but this review is about helping someone in the same shoes I was in...lost on where to even begin. CALL JOE AND MARY AT ARCHITECTURAL CRAFTSMEN!
