For starters, the restaurant is very small. They can only fit about 10 guests inside so I suggest going there right when they open. Onto the food: guacamole was decent. Lacked cilantro and serrano and lime but A+ work for the texture. I ordered the taco trio and I have to say the meat was very very dry. I had to keep adding hot sauce because it needed some moisture. They have Jarritos but only one flavor. I feel like a salsa bar and the sides would have made it much more better. Because it still needs some work I would not recommend.

They have outside seating which is nice when the weather permits otherwise get there either early or late for lunch and definitely early for dinner. Lunch starts at 11:30 or 12 and the kitchen closes at 2:30 and dinner starts at 7:30. I would classify the service as French casual dinning. Meaning you wont pay for your ticket or bill at your table but simply stand up when you are ready to leave and pay at the register. This makes it for a classic French style meal in the sense of no need to rush after you're done eating and they are not in a hurry to turn tables like a restaurant in America would be. You'll see your server once maybe twice after you have recieved your meal. For us we enjoy this type of meal and setting but understand how some do not. The decor is very american with Time magazines covering one of the walls. It is a very pro Obama restaurant and kind of funny in a sense. The burgers come with a little American flag sticking out of them too. The owner used to live and work in the states and is a great guy. The food is really good and most of the menu items are french dishes. The safest bet and best way to get the bang for your buck is the "Formule Déjeuner" or the lunch menu, which is only offered at lunch. You get a starter: soup or salad, main dish and a beverage for 20 euro which is really good for being in the city center. The soup of the day is usually a french onion soup which is really good. A great aleternative is the Betraves Carpacio Salad (beet carpacio salad). I am not a huge fan of beets but this is a great dish. The beets are thinly sliced and dressed with a light pesto and encircle an arugala and spring mix salad, topped with lightly breaded onions that are crumbled. I am a fan of Tartar and they have good Tartar here. The Classic is very nice but they have others too like Italien, Californian and are fun options with the adding of bacon or cheese etc. I prefer the classic but I appreciate the variety. If you don't like beef Tartar then they offer a salmon one that my wife really likes as well. It comes with fries and a salad. The burgers are good but not great. They are american style i.e. bacon, onion rings etc. but done very french, thick meat, not a lot of sauce, no seasoning etc. It's a good burger but the price is a little steep for what you pay for. The steak frites is very good with the pepper sauce. The desserts are not made in house and the cheesecake is NO GOOD, it looks good but the taste and texture are all wrong. The Creme Brulee and the Fromage Blanc are very nice higly recommended. All in all, a great restaurant and a garaunteed good meal in a fresh and young environment located in the city center.

Really cool vibes inside the resturant, bit of a hipster feel but the beards and skinny jeans are minimal. However did see one special character wearing a denim jacket and beanie hat when the temperature was pushing 30 degrees. Luckily the resturant doesn't try as hard as that poor soul and has a very relaxed feel which is reflected in the menu and price. The burgers are exceptional and are the house speciality, highly recommend giving these a crack you will not be disappointed. Also an epic selection of homemade desserts, try the cheesecake.
