A couple of friends and I paid a visit to El Taco del Diablo last weekend to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and there were definitely some high and low points. For starters, the restaurant is very small. They can only fit about 10 guests inside so I suggest going there right when they open. Onto the food: guacamole was decent. Lacked cilantro and serrano and lime but A+ work for the texture. I ordered the taco trio and I have to say the meat was very very dry. I had to keep adding hot sauce because it needed some moisture. They have Jarritos but only one flavor. I feel like a salsa bar and the sides would have made it much more better. Because it still needs some work I would not recommend. read more
