After a few…read morevisits to the property, they sent us a survey with the fence design, which we submitted to the HOA for approval. Once the HOA returned it as approved, we agreed on a service date and made the down payment as agreed. They sent us photos of the completed work, and we noticed it was different from what we had contracted. When we questioned this, they said that our tenant, who lives on the property, had asked them to change what we had agreed upon and that they needed to receive the remaining payment. We had to resubmit the survey to the HOA for new approval and then paid the remaining amount. In short, a completely unprofessional company, look for another company to avoid headaches. Eles nos mandaram fotos do serviço feito e nós notamos que estava diferente do serviço contratado, quando questionamos isso, eles disseram que nosso inquilino que reside na propriedade pediu para eles alterarem aquilo que havíamos combinado e que eles precisavam receber o restante do pagamento. Tivemos que submeter novamente o survey para o HOA para nova aprovação e depois fizemos o pagamento do valor restante. Resumindo, empresa nada profissional, procurem outra empresa para evitar dores de cabeça.

Arrived took measurements on Saturday and send would get me a quote Monday. I thought that was a little strange since 4 other companies were able to take measurements and give me a quote on-site. But whatever I thought. Then Monday came no quote I texted and was told it would be there by end of day by Eduardo. Then get a text saying sorry Edgar is partner needs to review the quote and would get it Tuesday. Well, guess what no quote Tuesday and end of day Wednesday I had to finally reach out to them and say I would be moving on since I wasn't getting the quote then Eduardo finally responds he would get it to me. Then they send a quote DOUBLE the price of any quote I have received. Very unprofessional, If this is how they operate I would stay away and go with other options. Plus they have to Google listings, One is JJ Brick Pavers and the other is JJ Brick Pavers LLC. All around a waste of time!
