From…read morebeginning to end, they were professional, reliable, and truly went above and beyond for our backyard project. German, who was in charge of our project, was amazing to work with. He was extremely communicative and always available to answer my texts and questions at any time. He gave us a start date, kept his word, and was always on time. His entire team was just as wonderful and hardworking, professional, and even willing to work Saturdays and Sundays to make sure our project was completed within a week. Our pool has an unusual shape, so the turf required a lot of precision and skill and they did a beautiful job. They also installed our pavers exactly how we envisioned them and were incredibly accommodating as the project evolved and we added things beyond the original plan. They handled every request with the best attitude and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the final result. It was truly a pleasure working with them and his team. We love how our backyard turned out and will absolutely use Blanco's again for future outdoor projects!

However, after a few months both trees they planted in our front yard were completely dead. I asked for a second opinion from a different landscaper. He informed me they overcharged us several hundred for the palm and both trees were incorrectly planted, accelerating the loss. We reached out to TRIMEN hoping to get a refund for the trees only. They said no, it was likely our fault, and they would replace them at a minimally discounted rate. Be careful with these guys, we didn't do enough research to see they up charge about 20%. We had a local come in and fix their mistakes. Just be careful don't pay for the same job twice by using Trimen.

They did an awesome job! The team worked hard all day for multiple days, Chris stayed in touch to keep me informed of their progress and I now have a beautiful yard for my dogs to play. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trimen Landscaping.
