Located in Hotel 1904, this local favorite is exceptionally good Norwegian and Modern European fare. We started with the Kalix Loyram with sour cream from Roros. Kalix Lojrom is a Salmom roe from Sweden and it was a highlight of the dinner. My wife had the Bream fish with Hollandaise which was delightful. I enjoyed the homemade pasta with mussels and tarragon. The entrees were prepared in an open kitchen setting with care and attention to detail. Also, the dried strawberry ice cream, while more like a mascarpone, was delicious as well.
